deomelo: Why is it hard for you ipobs to state categorically what act of corruption Tinubu committed or what laws he broke or the part of the Nigerian constitution he violated?
Is it not rettarded, idiotic, ignorant and unintelligent to label people corrupt but have zero proof of corruption to show?
Your own village leaders collect taxes, debts, and allocations, but they haven't commissioned anything meaningful since 1960, Ekeremadu your ipob brother looted your village dry with mansions all over Nigeria, Dubai, UK and the UK, but you ipobs care less, you are ready to die over other people's business and what you and your crack cocain internet uncle can not prove with facts.
Silly hypocrites.

unmask: Better go and read the act well so you can stop misguiding people. You can collect any cash amount from banks.... however you pay charges above a certain amount and the transaction must be reported to the authorities The Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act 2011 makes it illegal for any individual to accept or make any cash payment that exceeds N5m (Five Million Naira). This means that every cash transaction over N5m must be done via a financial institution. Any person found guilty of contravening this is liable to imprisonment for a term of not less than 3 years or a fine of N10m (Ten Million Naira) or to both. The above is the act straight as quoted, it is actually 5 million Naira. Stop misleading people, be guided. |

sapele914: They don’t have any evidence, after they will be complaining after the Judge throws out the case, they believe more in lies like the one Nnamdi Kanu spits, than the facts of the subject matter,is it a crime for a billion van to bring money to an individual?,that means all financial institutions are guilty?
Poverty is not a good thing,if they want the bank to deliver money to their houses, they should call their accounts officer, give him or her instructions, pay for the delivery which should have minimal insurance coverage in case anything goes wrong during delivery, your money will delivered to your door step. God will Judge you. It is either you are a slave to money or you are just a simpleton who have no idea of the implications of carrying such money on broad day light in our street and roads. For what transaction exactly According to the Money Laundry act, a very huge amount running above N500,000 for an individual should not be paid using physical cash but must be through the bank so that EFCC can track such money. How do you think drug dealers, politicians and kidnappers transfer huge fund. If not for our failed system, EFCC would have tracked and seize such fund but no they didn't. Yet people like you still support lawlessness in broad dayligjt.... May God forgive you.

Atiku gave N600 million CASH when he campaigned in Calabar, he did same in several other states; let him go and die. There are waivers given to political parties during elections to carry heavy cash, provided the monies weren't obtained illicitly. why are you people like this ?? Now you have left the Tinubu case and jump to Atiku. You people should stop justifying corruption with corruption. Tinubu carrying money in bullion van was illegal according to the Money Laundry Act, so as any corrupt politician whether Atiku or whosoever that has stolen public fund. Why then taking sides... is partisanship everything? Do they feed you?? |

No, you getting it wrong. You don't need coding to be a web developer and you can be a coder that specializes in web design. I hope you catch my drift. |

I have been thinking on this without unique clarity on what differentiates Web design from Web development.
I did a few searches on Google but most articles centred on backend and frontend without specifics.
Anyone who has info on this please help out.
Thanks! Web development is a technical term used to refer to overall and long term process of web maintenance, web functionality and improvement process of web. web design is a part of it which deals with aesthetic and physical layout of web platform. |

seunfly: The problem is corruption in the system, the system itself has been corrupted. No matter what u do to the system, the corruption in the system will still render it impotent. Systemic corruption (or endemic corruption) is corruption which is primarily due to the weaknesses of an organization or process. - WikipediaThere is something you're failing to understand. A system that is porous cannot be free of corruption. A porous system can only be perfect in a place without corruption. Many time people tends to handle public matters as family matter, so we depend on the goodwill of officers and government to do what is right. do you think that if the white men where to come to Nigeria they wouldn't exploit the system ?? Certainly they would and they wouldn't spear a kobo, It will be shocking to you if only you find out some of our most corrupt politicians today have little or no intention of being corrupt like this but entering the system and seeing how easy it is to cart away millions of Naira for yourself, you can only resist the urge for only but a short while. in developed countries they have overtime patched their system continuously, learning from past mistake and ways people have exploited system, aside putting in heavy resources in system repair, they put resource in inventing new and innovating ways of securing future exploitation. But here in Nigeria, we are in the business of discussing and looking for how to punish perpetrators who has exploited the system and from experience we haven't been successful in punishing them, this is not a major problem, the greatest problem is that in our very own eyes, people has continuously exploited us using exact template and old tactics. Yet we continue to hear similar cases again and again and again. How can there be any progress, it like buying rat poison to kill rats disturbing you in your house without patching the entry portal they used in coming to your house. Fighting corruption directly has no end except you cut it source (porous system). Nigeria is currently running in circles with our mode of operations and such system may take forever to evolve to something efficient. This problem is not unique to Nigeria but is seem to be a mark of Africa as a whole. The poor system of Africa government will hold Africa for a very very long time. The way out is Education, Awareness and proper orientation. May of us still till today feel that our major problem is corruption and the more we continue to fight corruption, the more we remain in circles. we have to leave fightings corruption directly and address the porousity of system, learn continuously from past experience. Although may not happen very fast because I feel some top people are aware of out real problem and will do things to frustrated any system repair but with much pressure and when people address the real problems, it is only for a short time before things will automatically start to happen itself. |
