What BS? Fierytruth: Very true.
The Fulani are powerful and are advancing to make Nigeria a Caliphate. I have nothing against this so as long as the rights of others faith is protected. Prophet Muhammad respected the faith of others while ruling an Islamic state. Religion is central to a human being you can't change a human beings faith by choice. Allah gave freewill and no man can take it away. It is central to human and spiritual evolution that human being learns from their actions and thus grow. Take away freewill and there is no growth. Christianity deceptively strips people of freewill by lies, forces and graven images. There is no pale faced Jesus Christ and this a very evil lie that is subjecting Africans to an inferiority complex. Christianity spread through slavery and crusades always seeks to conquer. Islam spread because of Mansa Musa who generously gave his gold away and he developed West Africa into the richest land on Earth. Mansa Musa was a Fulani Berber. Traditional worship should be promoted the worship of our fathers and mothers who were the Kings and Queens of Africa. Give Africa back it's pride and family. If Fulani through unity with other Nigerians such as Yorubas and Igbos can give us a world power again I support. ECO currency is the revolution and we must stand behind this change.

Ajimobi is the first governor to get a second term in Oyo state, it didnnot turn out quite right. People may be less willing to make that mistake again. Time will tell, let's wait and see. Jeezuzpick: Why don't you think Makinde will not get a second term no matter what miracles he might perform?
Are you saying Oyo people are so daft that they could elect an untested governor then vote him out after he has done wonderfully well? |

Oshiomole was a NLC president. NLC doesn't stand for the masses. It has never stood for the masses and it will never stand for the masses. Keyamo hasn't been a critic of this government prior to his public declaration, please correct me if I am wrong. livebyday: I respect a man of honor who stands by his convictions
This man has put to Shame the narative that goes "if you can't beat them join them"
We need more people like this in Nigeria
Case in point : Oshiomole, Keyamo, et al
You either stand for something, or fall for everything in life
Cheers

For those who don't understand
They are trying to silence him with an appointment where he will get big salary and bonuses and do nothing till his focus shifts to protecting his wealth hence he becomes like them
Again case Keyamo , Oshiomole et Al
Life isn't a Hollywood movie where one man refuses to bow and suddenly the whole nation starts singing and dancing change and revolution. It's more complex than that This man isn't a Mary Sue! What can one man do in a ministry where from the administration , to accounts , to operations, to management are all corrupt and caucuses of thieves who only care about looting ?
If the government was sincere and not just intent on silencing his criticisms they should have appointed him Minister then he can effect change...an adviser can do nothing but earn fat checks and bonuses
Be realistic he didn't he best thing
Cheers |

You cannot compare imported juice and furniture to rice. ornicus: It may also never meet demand without radical action.
Obj did the same with furniture and imported juice, and the economy is better off for this. Of course rice is a staple food, so one may argue that this is different.
The real problem may be quality. The last bag I bought was full of stones and some other stuff |

Local rice production cannot meet demand until the government can work with farmers to improve production, rice shouldn't be banned midolian: of course I get your point. The government was too strict to have closed the border outrightly but it's all for good, I maintain.
If the government's to wait till there is enough to go round before closing the border, there will never be enough to go round. This is because people like you and I are already too used to foreign rice and are not ready to give the local ones a chance...and for as long as we have foreign rice flying around, we would continue to go for them...thereby discouraging producers of the local ones
For instance, I used to buy my rice(foreign) from baruten local government in Kwara state for as low as 11500, at max 12k. But since the border was closed, I only bought a small rubber Paint of rice for #1500 with the hope that before we finish consuming it, the borders will be opened again. Bro, I am saying this for you to know I am also feeling the heat...but truth is, I have been into agric business for sometime now, and I have noticed when there is too much of a farm produce in the market, we the sellers don't gain much..in fact sometimes, we lose(like it was experienced last year). |

I don't have faith in Sowore. Yes, he wants better governance but if left to him, Nigeria might find itself in worst situation than what we are currently experiencing. ajl: I think most of our people have lost their sense of human dignity. The thing in you and I that says to us "I can't take or accept this". To restore what Nigerians have lost human-wise require divine intervention.
That's what Sowore was fighting for. Both most Nigerians don't get it because they have lost the ability to reason in the most logical ways.
For example, some Nigerian guys marry old women or younger ones for getting residency papers. Old or young, I can't do it. I was once in such situation, I worked hard to save money for my grad school instead. Our people just need to rebuild themselves from within. |

I hope he's not beating his chest so early?

If its free, why bore us with figures or is he expecting something in return? Concessions, future political position, patronage of the airline, compensation
He should state it categorically. |

Without certificate, he wouldn't have achieved all that in the military. Either way, it is silly to think Buhari doesn't have a certificate. linearity: What people who are focused on the Certificate fail to realize is that, the constitution stated clearly that one need “a secondary school certificate or it’s equivalent.
With PMB trainings and educations within the military, any unbiased reviewer of the records would conclude that, he must have attained the the equivalency of a secondary school education. |

It is very nonsensical to think Buhari doesn't have a certificate. Don't you feel disgusted with yourself? N2B2: While I don't care for either Buhari or Atiku, it is worrisome to note that even without a certificate, one can become president.
Politics is a dirty game and all, fine, but this sends a wrong message across the board, to all Nigerians. |

Thank God the Court is not filled with laymen isthatso: if that is the case, then she has bad lawyers for such a high profile case and she has already lost the case which was already hard to win before it started. No Lawyer worth his salt will give a fixed fee for a case like this that could go on for ever!!! |
Celebrities › Re: Busola Dakolo Demands N10 Million & An Apology From Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo by Sterope(f): 6:57pm On Sep 09, 2019 |
You are repeating the same thing because you fault to read where I stated that this how some lawyers in Nigeria conduct their business. isthatso: I have never heard where a litigant asks (before a case has started) specifically for a said amount in legal costs in a case that is not open and shut, i.e could go on for ever. Like I said what if the case goes on for 5 years and her legal costs run into 50m, what does she do?
I am not a lawyer, but this is why people ask for "legal Costs" which is determined at the conclusion of the case
anyway I'm repeating myself. I believed her story but now I have doubts. she hasnt helped herself. |
