As a first son he has the right to rent an apartment and renovet the house, after renovation his mother will come back and take one room his sister's take one room and him and the wife takes one room.

That is not exactly true. Maybe you don't have the experience explained by the Op. There is a kind of liveliness that comes with staying with people, by hearing their voices, and knowing they are with you. Even if you have a lot on your hands in form of work, it won't suitable substitute for human presence.

Good morning Nairalanders, my is son is 12years old and in JSS 3 and has been adjudged to have high grasping ability by teachers and those he's interacted with but we have made several efforts to make him have interest in his academics ; he does not have any interest. We started giving lesson teachers when he turned 3 years but he particularly does not do well in math whereas he does wonders with his laptop.

A corps member who was teaching him math casually introduced Coding to him, copied some introductory steps to his laptop and left town. Since then he's been playing with the ebooks the corps member left for him and that informed my decision to employ the services of a computer engineer who was wowed by my son's level of advancement in coding ; he's built a couple of websites though rudimentary in my consideration.

It's a fact that almost all courses in universities require math as a prerequisite in getting admission; I kindly need your advice on best approach(es) in solving this challenge.

The world is evolving right now..don't make the mistake of allowing him waste his precious years in the university hustling for certificate..
Instead, enrol him into some Tech Hub and I.T hub, let him develop his coding skills..

There is nothing wrong with your family making recommendation to you, while you make the final decision to marry or not. In fact, they can sample as many ladies as possible for you to pick your choice. Alternatively, you can also bring a lady and try to convince them on why she is the best for you. Even if they disagree at first, they can still accept her if they see you are serious in choosing her as your wife. Never destroy the bond that binds to your family.

However, what struck me the most in your post is that I didn't read where you said/wrote you love your lady-guest that wasn't accepted by your sister. You clearly designated her as "your crush," meaning nothing significant has been established between the two of you. So why the hoopla?

Don't let anyone confuse that family is not important when choosing a spouse. A lot of people come from a background that lacks family love and protection and therefore, can't understand the interest of your family members in your choice of woman.

To date a foreigner would always hold some sort of feeling to explore new culture completely different from what you have. Since there is an inherent culture divide, it's also a learning process for the parties involved. It's this learning period that determines the fate of the relationship and why almost all these dates don't lead to marriage.

It's imperative to state that some of things we detest in and lampoon about our ladies are the inevitable consequences of the society's failure, the way they are mentally wired, and the orientation they are imbued with about life and intersex relationship. It's this makeup that most men allude to whenever they make comparison between Nigerian ladies and foreigners. But what is clear is that every country has a dating/relationship/marriage challenge it's grappling with. We cannot solve our problem by embarking on an advocacy to de-market our ladies.

No matter how much we crave for something new and different to what we are use to, we are condemned to date and marry Nigerian ladies despite their obvious flaws. It's even more advantageous because foreigner ladies come with a weird baggage that sometimes makes cohabiting/marriage very difficult and stressful. Almost all the things our ladies would effortlessly do in a relationship or marriage would not be contemplated by a foreigner who has a different cultural compass. So, in the end, it pays to date and marry Nigerian lady who is a product of your society and who shares similar cultural traits as yours.
