Oben209: Hello house Please I need clarification on the “ In the last 10 years, how many total years of skilled work experience do you have?“.
Presently I have 2 years experience in HR plus my one year NYSC which was more of an administrative role, does this give me 3 years? or it must be 3 years in a particular job .. I plan I’m using the HR job for NOC Go to page 1 of this thread. Click on the link ""The Following People's Timelines Helped in Answering Some Frequently Asked Questions"" That link holds the answer to your question. It is not enough to know the answer but the successful experience of others will give you the extra boost! By the way, who is sharing ram today? I'm game. @kmgb I sight you. God will perfect |

Eponyeeboz: Before dating a babymama, find out the kind of man she had kids for. That man is going to be a recurring factor in your life as long as that woman is with you. Some people bring bad luck, evil and misfortune. It's better you avoid them totally.
A woman had 2 kids for another man and you stupidly went to take her under your roof in the name of love. You took her 2 kids too as if you're United Nations. lol @ United Nations. |

syndiani: Hello team. I am an avid follower of this thread and I need some clarification regarding NOC Code. My job title is customer service data reviewer and my duties are as follows:
1. Assigns, instructs, coordinates and supervises work of customer service data analysts through one-to-work coaching, trainings and demonstrations. 2. Analyse customer service data sourced from different sources (social media, email and in-person enquiries and feedback) to identify trends, and categorize these messages under different industry tags according to the specification of clients. 3. Document customer interactions, orders and complaints, provide the information to clients and recommend improvements in products, charges, service, and policies. 4. Examines and verifies accuracy of work carried out by customer service data analysts, 5. Assess work quality of customer service analysts, resolve work-related problems, prepare and submit monthly progress reports. 6. Involved in hiring and training of both new and old customer service data analysts. 7. Responsible for training new/old employees in new processes and strategies, and communicating work progress and changes in work pattern to customer service data analysts. 8. Works closely with the sales team, IT team and management to develop tools and strategies to improve customer satisfaction. 9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on client´s products, services and business areas.
I´m not sure if it tallies with NOC 6314- customer and information services supervisor. Can someone please help me? Point 1,4,5, 6 and 7 certainly places you in some sort of supervisory position in the customer service center. I believe this falls under B. |

Jasmine17: Secondly, would evidence of an ongoing divorce proceeding serve? Please tweet at CIC for the question above. I have heard of someone whose FSW application was with CIC and her divorce proceedings was ongoing so this leads me to believe it is possible. However, I don't have ALL the particulars of this case and this is information I was given. You will need to research further yourself, speak to people going through such and possibly a lawyer with experience in divorce cases Nairaland is very big bro. Maybe someone will inbox you and give you information on what they are going through or what they know. Divorce/separation is a very sensitive issue so not many will wish to speak openly |

Jasmine17: Its a brother jare.
So there is no way out other than going through divorce?
There should be o. From your post, I deduce you are not interested in a divorce proceeding so the other way around is getting the spouse to go for medical and PCC. Hopefully this works and spouse is Unaccompanying. That way, a window for reconcilation remains should the relationship improve in the future and you wish to sponsor the person coming over For the unaccompanying spouse, you will need to have POF cover the spouse and have them take the CIC recommended passport photo. Ask a legal practitioner about the separation agreement i.e if the Nigerian courts grants this. Highly unlikelyAs for an affidavit proving you have been separated for xyz years, dont bother yourself. CIC will not accept it. I have it on good record from a fellow Nigerian who still got an ADR requesting for the divorce proof after using an affidavit. Canadian visa forum is also helpful with info of this sort. Good luck |

JonJon2017: Please seniors, how did you guys cope with the nervousness during the waiting period. My AOR is 25 July, and I am yet to get MEP. I think this wait period is the toughest part of the whole application process. I tell you some things that have been helping me minus my fishing, gardening and farming Did you attend the Planning for Canada information session? Have you gone through your MAP and the information on the flash drive? Did you try contacting the numerous agencies that have reached out to you after the information session? Have you done your CV Canada style? Do you know your destination city and have you gotten more information about the place yet? Do you know if you require any bridging programs or if your job needs to be licensed in Canada? Have you read information from our sister thread @ https://www.nairaland.com/3617393/living-canada-life-canadian-immigrantAfter all said and done, of course you'll still think about your application especially when the first AOR's from your set (the ones that get in 3 weeks/4 weeks) start getting PPR but then such is life... Try the steps above |

Transformium:
I wonder why they would want to block payments from Nigeria. On a second thought it could be the payment platform "World pay" that has blocked any payments coming from a Nigerian IP.
Sigh!
Cc: Mapletins This is not a massive issue albeit it annoying. Payments get declined all the time for one reason or the other. People here complain about WES sometimes. It is not a Nigerian thing. Someone has advised you try a different card, try tomorrow or even use another browser. |

Jaytam: Good morning every one, please I need help. I am a silent member here on EE since thread 3. I just got my gcms notes now and saw an interview is recommended as a result of dissatisfaction on my primary occupation from the officer in charge. Please what do you recommend I do. Below is note 1. Good morning all. Just read your notes. Calm down. If someone says "I'm not satisfied..." the onus rests on YOU to satisfy their curiosity and prove to them beyond all reasonable doubt that you worked as a teacher in that school. The VO is of the opinion your reference letter and probably Job description is QUITE close to the wordings of your NOC (big pointer to the rest of us) If i were you, i would raise a CSE and submit my contract of employment letters, pay slips (if any) and most importantly bank statements (2012-2014) clearly showing salary. That bank statement (if you have it) will shut down that VO's case! I hope you were not paid in cash |
