It’s too late to get fit for Christmas. I can bulk a person or reduce them before then. Getting into proper shape takes months.

The reason people don’t lose weight is expectation. They watch videos online and believe lifting light dumbbells for five days automatically turns a human into Ronnie Coleman. When they finally decide to try it and realize a month in that they grew only an inch in size, they completely lose motivation.

The best way to lose/maintain/gain weight is to make exercise a frequent activity preferably every day until one hits the set goal. After that you can make it every other day or three times a week, never less.

We never had them long enough for me to know people needed to wash them frequently. Either they always got stolen or my parents found ways to dispose of them silently. Once we learned of kerosene explosions we never owned one again.

It's six years I've been on Nairaland and one thing I've learnt over time is never you conclude on things you don't know and most importantly avoid anything that has to do with sensationalism.
