Mother's will never stop to amaze us though they are the physical evidence of God in our lives most times they don't speak in plain English.

My mom sent me on an errand 2 streets away then she asked her friend's daughter who we happen to live dsame compound to walk me even though she observed that i've been trying to get the girls attention for a while.

I was so excited that the time alone with her that I have been praying for is finally here so I a sharp Guy I utilized very efficiently and was able to get her number.

Life is filled with unpredictable things just pray u fall into a situation that u can handle.

Two love birds oghenewaire and bukola met during registration in the prestigious university of benin. Waira was given an admission into medical and laboratory science technology (MLST) while bukola had the opportunity of studying biochemistry. When they met an unexplainable chemistry was struck and they fell so strongly in love with each other. they understood each other even better than family members, they soon became the topic of discussion amongst many.

It soon become a relationship favored by God when Bukola's father was transferred from lagos to warri and same town as waire's parents so even during holidays they were close.

Bukola graduated a year b4 waire and went to serve in Edo state in a laboratory and immediately after the service she was retained and given an apartment. But she was still faithful to waire and waire visited often. Bukola was dedicated to her job and within a year she was given double promotion to production manager and with a wonderful salary.
Meanwhile, 1yr after service for waire is still without a job but this didn't deter Bukola's love for him.
As fate has it, waire proposed to bukola and she accepted. time flew and they eventually Got married though it was almost completely sponsored solely by bukola. Bukola's Godfather gave them a surprised package by sponsoring their honeymoon to Abuja in a classy hotel for a week

During the honeymoon, Bukola and waire met a very wealthy oil tycoon Femi and became friends with him. He took them to shopping and even sight seeing in Abuja. Bukola in a discussion told Femi about waire job status hoping that he could help but he had an ulterior motive.
On the a day to the last of their honeymoon Femi dropped a bombshell. He gave waire a check of #10m to assist him but with only 1 condition "that e sleeps with bukola for 1 nyt". it was rili a hard pill for the both of them to come to terms with. THEY despirately needed the money but it was a despicable means to achieve it.

Sincerely, I've never stopped giving this a thought since I left home for service.
I have huge plans for my service year- Things I look forward to achieve, degrees, skills, contacts and so on. But above all, I look forward to starting life after my service year.
Now, this decision as we all know isn't one that comes on a platter. My reason for saying this goes thus:
1. To afford an apartment will require rentage and maintenance,
2. I'll have to earn to survive,
3. The Societal system doesn't trow jobs at your lap imidiately after service. Just to mention a few.

Some of you here on NL have been through this stage of life already and gracefully sufficed through.
What was your experience like and how did you finally get on your feet?
Do you subscribe to going back to my parent's after service?
Did you have to stay at your parent's while starting life outside?
What were the things you did during your service year that helped you in this area at the long run?

Opinions and Experiances would be grately appreciated.

My friend there's absolutely no need to start putting rentage in ur list yet even though ur parents live in a kiosk renting a house shud b in 2yrs time. you have first of all get a job then there are other minute responsibilities u shud put into consideration as u also try to save for ur house. cos the only place u can save cash as a bachelor is definitely in ur fadas hous

There is no gain in buying shares except the fact that you will make profit from capital appreciation , bonuses and dividends, yeah before I forget you also become a part owner of a company. If these are not enough reasons for you I will advice look else where to invest.
