Their play is come 2015, magnus becomes governor and ameachi becomes senator. But wike will never let that happen and he is suceeding because he has now pratically pushed ameachi out of PDP. He has no power to determine his sucessor. And the presidency is playing along because wike has made them think ameachi is a threat to them, the first lady is playing along because she positioning people like her brother abiye sekibo to be injected back into rivers state government, that is why he left ACN. So everyone has their interest and are working to achieve them. The war is now on a one way journey. No return. Even if ameachi apologise, the presidency condition will be that after 2015, he should'nt seek higher office or involve himself in rivers politics.

President goodluck jonathan has reacted to the ongoing crisis in rivers state from his state visit in china. The president says the situation is pathetic and urges all those involved to calm themeselves for the good of the people.

He futher warned those associating him to the crisi in rivers state to desist from such act as it is a lie. He says he swore an oath on the 29th of may 2011 to uphold the constitution of the federal republic of nigeria and that he has done since he assumed office. Update coming out of kaduna says Rescue operations are still underway and it is belived that six children were trapped under the rubble. A six months old baby has been rescued but it is taught over 50 people are still trapped. Crowds gathered demanding the people trapped shouting for help should be saved but it took nema two hours to mobilize rescue geer, including renting a crane from julius berger. It is not known if their are dead. But one child was rescued, the fate of the others are unknown, NEMA says they are doing everything possible to rescue people trapped. And insisited that no one has died, but residents claimed a woman's dead body was pulled out of the rubble. The state governor is at the scene.

NOTE: nema has apologised for earlier reports that the building was built a 101 years ago. Rather, it is belived, it was built in the 80's by an alhaji and out of mud, which might be a major contributing factor.

THE REAL STORY
around 8 a.m on the morning of of that day when the house was suppose to resume, hon.chidi llyod and the house speaker were already in the house chamber exchanging pleasantries with some other members. Since the house was'nt sitting yet. The rivers state house of assembly mace which is metal and silver was not present in the house. Suddenly hon. Bipi and his group stormed the chamber and stated beating up the members present, pushing them out of the chamber, they were aided by some thugs they brought alone who were at the house gallery, hon. Bipi used a camera stand to hit hon. Llyod continously. When mr. Bipi and his group succeded in removing the members, she rushed to the speakers chair and started bringing out a prepared speech of acceptance to read. In one of the footages one of his supporters in a black suit and white shirt could be seen shouting at him "oya..oya..fast..fast..fast" meaning he should start reading the speech. Then a manufactured mace was brought and place on the house mantle. If you look at the video where mr. Bipi was giving his acceptance speech, he was sweating and panting. Showing he had been in a fight. Mr bipi started his acceptance speech in a largely empty house floor but his supporters were jampacked in the gallery above the house floor. That is why he started his speech by saying "members of the house in the gallery"(when did members of a parliament start seating in the house gallery rather than the floor" when mr bipi finished his speech. He was led out of the house by a fake sergent at arm carrying the fake mace. That is were you see me bipi on the video and the sergent leaving the house with a grin on his face and waving to his supporters in the gallery.

After sometime. Mr bipi and his group returned to the house fllor to table and impeachment motion against governor ameachi. It was at this point word got to the speaker and hon. Llyod that this thing was getting serious. They left were they had gone to recover from their beating and tried storming the house with their own supporters but were stopped at the door by mr bipi's men who were more...it was at this time that governor ameachi was called and told of the situation, he immediately left government house and stormed the assembly with his security details who joined mr llyod and other to break into the chamber, when mr llyod entered the chamber, he grabbed the fake mace and lunged at the first member standing close to the chamber back door. That member escaped through the back door. He then turned to the other hon. In suit and used the mace to break his head. On seeing this mr. Bipi stood up from the speakers chair and ran out of the chamber. Then he saw gov. Ameachi and started shouting "shoot him"..at this point, the governor ordered his security to clear the chamber of mr bipi's men, that is were you see a man in police unifrom beating and draging out one of the anti ameachi lawmakers. After sometime. The chamber was clear and security barred the door from mr bipi's group who were now outside shouting, breaking car glases and mr bipi was seen on camera punching a member entering his car outside. When the house was retakem. Governor ameachi left and speaker amachree led a procession with the real mace to have a seating where the deputy governor came to present to appopraition budget. Mr bipi and his men made more attempts later to storm the house when the deputy governor was standing at the door waiting to be recalled as the house considered the budget. But they were stopped by security.

And at the end making the inconsequential ameachi, a small boy who some folks have never heard about to become the most popular niger delta politician. My president made a mistake and there is still a small window open to correct it.

Ameachi was so small that person after person in their sppech during the get together urged ameachi to get out of the party, and the president said "when you have somebody in a party who is not loya, then he should leave, indiscipline like this won't be tolerated.

In the last few minutes, the nigerian senate has decended in choas as senators openely argued and shouted over a motion to quell the on going crisis in rivers state.

The choas started when sen. Magnus abe of rivers state raised the issue of the of the rivers crisis on the senate floor and asked for reaction from the house. The leader of the house, victor egbe then read out some motions including condeming the voilence in the rivers assembly, which passed by a unanimous voice vote but when he raised a motion ORDERING "the inspector general of police to settle the issue between the state commissioner of police and the governor, the house erupted in choas as most PDP lawmakers opposed it and started shouting openly. This led to a moment of choas that lasted for some time. PDP lawmakers were seen waking up to the senate president and house leader insisting they Change the motion. After sometime the senate pres. Calmed the house and changed the motion to URGING the IG not ordering him. He did this and passed it by a voice vote of most PDP lawmakers. Sen. Abe immediately opposed the change but was shouted down disgracefully by the senate president. This did'nt go down well with opposition party lawmakers and magnus abe(PDP) of rivers state and the house decended into choas again. Opposition lawmakers openely rebelled against the senate pres. And demanded the issue be taking into a clossed session or risk trouble. The choas became so bad, the senate president ordered all camera's to leave,all non members in the gallery to leave and the house went into a closed session. Admist heavy quarelling.

When you see an armed robber trying to steal from you, you defend it with all your might. You people don't know what happened. Ameachi and his group were fighting for ameachi's life. It was a well ochestrated coup. The anti ameachi lawmakers declare evans bipi the new speaker by the phoney margin, immediately he tables a motion for the impeachment of the governor, it is passed by the same margin that elected him. Immediately, ameachi losses his immunity and is arrested by the EFCC for offences they will make up and claim he was planning to flea when they caught him. Since then, no major crisi has rocked ameachi, now while the president is away in china, some members of the rivers state legislature attempted to impeach the speaker of the house and make one of their own speaker in order to impeach the governour.

Are these deliberate ploys or just co-incidents.
