I heard on the media, one LGA Chairman said Fubara is foolish. That was the height of stupidity on the part of that chairman. Even Wike who puts Fubara there cannot make such public statement. In the past 10 years I have written many articles bordering on the subject matter. Nigeria can only develop to meet up with the western world, if individual States becomes confederating units. Some states in Nigeria are so lazy that without federal allocation they cannot pay salary.
Individual States manage their resources and pay 50% of it revenue to the central government. The national government will be responsible for the Army, Navy, Air Force, customs, immigration and other federal government concerns.

Nigeria is a country with the most inconsistency in governance. Nigeria government only listed a terrorist financier instead of arresting and prosecuting him accordingly. Now I know some people are above the law. What a bad time to be a Nigerian.

But today our college of professors are MORALLY CORRUPT and integrity challenged. This is the greatest absurdity by a Prof in recent history.
