I wonder why this piece of information didn't get to the home page? Its important that we all see the flaws in our system, where just any dubious character may easily exploit and get away with imposture and jugglery! |
his offense was to go to the media and make a circus out of a letter of intent sent to INEC by another party seeking registration as APC. It was a careless move by Jega
Apart from the whole media facade. It shows nonfeasance and laxity on the part of INEC! If they can accept a letter of intent from a non-existing chamber/office address and gleefully go to the media, then wahala dey! |
seunfly: Every Nigeria gov agencies (both fed, state and local) just keep showing incompitence, negligence and lack of inteligence. Its beyond negligence, more of contrivance! |
..... |
JEGA knows what he is doing? I'm even surprised he came out to the public to tell ppl about the other APC that had filed for registration. I can't remember him doing same for other parties. But it will be a shame if Jega is playing the script for PDP
That is the picture of a dupliticious umpire. The phantom APC is yet to satisfy any requirement in the electoral act, order than a letter of intent and INEC has not issued them a letter of acknowledgement, I see no reason why INEC had to rush to the media, is it to drive the opposition into a frenzy?! |
The faceless and imaginary APC should not be taken seriously by INEC, unless INEC hs vested interest in this misadventure, and are acting out a script on behalf of PDP. This will prove Buhari right, that INEC is in cahoots with PDP! For INEC to have given attention and consideration to the barrister without diligently verifying his identity on a sensitive matter as this, is nothing but crass negligence and the height of institutional incompetence! Now we are faced with prolly a Fake Lawyer, Fictitious Address and a Faceless Client, obviously INEC will be heating up the polity if it doesn't dissociate itself from this shenanigans! |
talktimi: if you watch the news, you would have heard that its the senate who pressured our presido to sack Demuren, let's leave ethnicity out of here. Besides Nkemwateva is just there in an acting capacity.Didn't the NASS call for the sack of Otteh as well? Why didn't he bow to their pressure on that? Is he a doormat to the NASS or he is just being selective? A government sullied by nepotism and cronism! |

This government is pathologically incapable of admitting fault 'cos the president does not give a damn! He is the Grand Patron of the ever-swelling cult of looters! |
The government largesse is enough to betray an original cause and shifting one's loyalty! Only few can resist the cultic broth! Abati has undergone a transformation, both of the mind and spirit! Turncoat! |
^^ An Obese Chatterbox and Vuvuzela who makes a loud annoying noise that serves no purpose ![]() |
^^^ INEC is acting a PDP script! |
He is at liberty to concoct the existence of a grand conspiracy. The president's preposterous action opened the door for all manner of suspicion! |
Junk Food News! |
Its a known fact that the Umbrella is scattered, and all its constituents are mired in mutually assured destructive wars. In a party made of more Judases than Disciples, APC seem to have found an opening in creating more distrust and division among them with this talk of approaching and welcoming disaffected members. Its a move aimed at dividing PDP the more! |
Mekky2010: Buhari fans, could you please confirm if he attended today's meeting.Only three past presidents attended the meeting namely: Shagari, Gowon and Shonekan! http://premiumtimesng.com/news/124341-jonathan-pardons-ex-convicts-alamieyeisegha-bulama-others.html |
Monimatic: Our source revealed to us that the Council of State, which is comprised of the President, Vice President, all state governors, former Presidents, the Chief Justice of the Federation, the Senate President and Speaker, amongst others, unanimously approved the list of those pardoned today.NaijaPundit and controversy! Only three former heads of state attended the meeting while others abstained? Not all governors were present either. http://premiumtimesng.com/news/124341-jonathan-pardons-ex-convicts-alamieyeisegha-bulama-others.html Its possible Buhari and some governors who weren't in attendance come out to denounce their involvement in the whole shenanigans. Saying that they all unanimously agreed when not all were in attendance leaves room for controversy! |
GEJ and co, keeps taking cluelessness to brazen new levels of astonishment! Its a celebration for criminals. |
What is the message beneath this frivolity? |
Tolexander: Alamieshegha is the main target! All other guys were just lucky to be auxiliary.Isn't that obvious? From handpicking of Tony Anenih as BOT chairman and now Alams. GEJ loves the company of brazen-faced seasoned thieves! |
GEJ keeps taking cluelessness to brazen new levels of astonishment. A corruption-friendly president celebrating criminals! Fresh Air |
Murphy T: but dnt u think this Northern elders can initiate the move instead of trading blameIts obvious the trading of blame and counter blame on the part of government and the northern elders is geared towards 2015 election. If truly, both parties want to bring an end to it they know how to go about it. |
Murphy T: but wot informs such an adviseI am not El-Rufai, so I can't tell! I guess northerners share the opinion that, brute force alone won't solve the crisis. However, he challenged the government to unmask the kingpins and sponsors behind Boko Haram, claiming that the security agencies have arrested over a thousand suspected BH members and so, they must have gathered enough intelligence on who their real sponsors are. He also asked why the unmitigated foot-dragging on the part of government for not proceeding to arrest and prosecute their kingpins! |
OBJ was the first to advice government on the use of a carrot and stick approach, and none called him a boko haram sympathiser! The president himself haven't ruled out negotiations with the insurgents, granted the insurgents are ready to ceasefire and embrace peace. Nothing stops anyone from offering suggestions on how to tackle the menace, its left for the president to pick the best approach! |

oddy4real: The Report says Council of State and not GEJ. Gbawe and Co, take note! The President is the Chairman of the National Council of State! Abeg find another story talk! |
mikelreal: But atleast he went to jail, n has spent some reasonable time in jail, not to talk of the big shame, he don try, and he is far better than oga farouk.Bro,having sympathy and empathy towards your captors is a symptom of Stockholm syndrome! Farouk and the other ever-swelling cult of looters, will also not go unpunished. If not now, surely in the nearest future! |
This must be a joke. After getting a two-for-one-kobo judgement and get out of jail card, the president wants to grant him pardon?! Well, he(GEJ) also benefited in no small measure from the looters' spoil. It will be a great disservice and injustice to the cheated Bayelsans, if he is pardoned. The President making allies with loosely controlled criminals and ex-convicts! Thief Bode George should also be included on the list then! |
This must be a joke. After getting a two-for-one-kobo judgment and get out of jail card, GEJ wants to pardon his benefactor?! Well, he(GEJ) also benefited in no small measure from the looters' spoil. It will be a great disservice and injustice to the cheated Bayelsans, if he is pardoned! The President making allies with loosely controlled criminals and ex-convicts! Hope Thief Bode George is also included on the list! |
eGuerrilla: Messi resorts to diving in search of a penaltyReferees are always biased towards Messi, whether its an act of simulation or not, the penalty has been awarded. The opposing team should re-strategize, they are playing against the home team! |
@Op, they will just be meeting tomorrow. Don't know where you got this from! |
