If I were you, the thank you she said after getting the job is enough, more than enough. Appreciations, compliments etc are just some of the things I have no idea what to do with.

If you do things for people and they say thank you, guy that's final. Anything that happens afterwards is a new chapter and the old good deeds should not be brought into it.

If I am to change my phone today, I will go with Mi 10 or OnePlus 8. The extra features that makes them pro doesn't really matter to most users.

OnePlus is better than Mi 10 but it doesn't mean that Mi 10 can barely hold a candle against it.


The person that comes first in a class isn't the only bright student. All the other students got marks on the same papers but his own is just higher. Sometimes with less than 5.

I admit the OnePlus 8 pro has a higher resolution and ppi and even refresh rate but that doesn't mean that Xiaomi lack them. The difference between 120hz and 90hz is not noticeable considering the fact that they're both on high grade display and the same SOC.

Over all, OnePlus 8 pro is better in display.

But everything we are saying her are based on paper since neither of us have handled any of the device. Xiaomi has better camera set up, better charging speed, both wireless and non wireless.

These are what makes Oneplus a winner when compared to Mi 10 pro not what determines a flagship. Mi 10 has all of them but Oneplus have them in higher numbers.
