The breast in that passage means maturity and spoken for means engagement so the passage can literally be translated to we have a little sister who has not reached maurity, what can we do to prepare her for her engagement?

Please note that solomon wasn't talking about his own blood sister. Read song of solomon 8:1 to understand better
