First of all, what your wife is doing is totally wrong and silly. The fact that she has three children and she is sleeping with someone that's not her husband goes a log way to show how irresponsible she is coupled with her low commitment to her family and her marriage

That being said, for the reason that you already have children I would advise you still protect your union with your wife.
Divorce or break-ups can affect children psychologically and emotionally. I can tell you that for sure.

I would advise you talk to your wife. She is your wife and you should know how to talk to her in a way that she would understand.
Tell her that she is a wife with children and the path she is taking would bring no good to her and her family.
I would also advise you get a spiritual leader or an elder relation to talk to her. This would also help.

One more thing, have you asked yourself why she keeps on cheating on you?. I think you should yourself that. You should also ask her too.
Perhaps you are doing something wrong.

You should also petition her case to God. Pray that God should change her. There is nothing prayer cannot do.

First of all, I see nothing wrong in a lady approaching a guy or a lady initializing a relationship.
It's that African mentality that we carry about that would make us think differently

That being said in the case of your friend I would also say there is nothing wrong in the lady approaching him, but there is a clause.
If he knew the lady for some time as a mere friend or she works around where he works, lives in his neighborhood or is someone that he already knew before then I would say there is nothing to worry about.

But if he never knew her, never met her and she just approached him from no where and asked him out then I'd advise he applied caution.

You said he is already liking the lady and the lady says she likes him. Well, If the love she has for him is genuine, then good for the both of them.

Lols, Sometimes we screw up potential friendship with relationship. The feelings and connection may be there but they are for a different purpose. The best thing to do when you discover that friendship with someone is better than relationship with him/her is to control your feelings and end the relationship amicably so that the friendship will last.
