I once had a serious misunderstanding with my dad, it was so serious that i called a family meeting and invited all his sisters to come because I know he listens to them. He was found guilty in the end but I apologized. All I needed was peace not his apology. I wish you could do same. ie stop waiting for his apology and start doing things the way you used to do when things were normal between both of you.
