Jst call the phone number on that Visa collection paper
Its GSS(DHL) call centre phone number
Get ur name, international passport number and the date u had successful intervw at the US embassy ready wit u when u call.
You will be reliably informed the status of ur visa by the agent that picks ur call.
However don't 4get that u need 2 wait five(05) working days after the date of ur intervw before ur visa becomes ready.
During my time,I waited 5 working days after d date of my intervw before I called d contact centre number and the customer care agent that picked my call informed me the visa was ready.
Its better you call to confirm before going there especially if u are not based in Lagos

Obatide: If the problem persist by tomorrow, I guess you can assume that its site's error, then rush to Lagos on Friday or Monday for collection.
Taking Jollywin's case as an example: He did his interview a day before yours and he has collected, so it could be their site's error

For the description to DHL office from CMS take a bus to eko hotel roundabout. Drop at the last busstop and take keke napep to muri okunola that is where the DHL Office is.

Wellton: Please house I need ur help!... I made a change of name(Surname) after my secondary school in 2001. Now all my documents including my GCE results and first degree are in my current surname since then. And I also wrote NECO SSCE in my current name in 2005 but the results were cancelled
My problem now is that I want to collect my secondary school testimonia and I am confused if I should ask my school to issue my testimonia in my old name or current name. Thanks in advance for ur contributions.

kennex89: ok thanks bro..... well i am so happy for this, a friend of mine told me that if i am a university graduate i should go down with my univeristy certificate and my original GCE certificate which i have with me, he said that testimonial is not compulsory.. and i have just three credit in the waec so i dont think it is ok......what do you think.
