The only reason why this money was not stolen is because it was aloan from China. And not the type of loan where they disburse cash, but the type of loan where the value is agreed and then the Chinese contractor does the work to specified standard.

That is the reason why the work was done quickly, so that China can start counting the loan very quickly. If it had been handled directly by the Ministry via contracting, it would never have seen the light of day.

Point I'm making is that it has less to do with Buhari or even Amsechi management skills and just the nature of the loan.

Abuja light rail was about 90% completed by GEJ. Kaduna-Abuja line was at an even more advanced stage of completion. GEJ would definitely have finished them in his 2nd term - just as Buhari is finishing this Lagos-Ibadan line in his 2nd term. I despised much in GEJ's administration (which was why I supported Buhari over him) but pretending Buhari deserves credit for those is dishonest.

If your hope for a materialistc future seems impossible at this point, forget you and think of others. Find, build, hire a kiosk and distribute free food to those worst than you. The size and scope only has to equal what you can give. Even if just a handful of food to two people, old or young, as s starting point. Call your charity by your name and ask people to donate money to help you grow your Name's One Free Meal A Day Charity. Also those poor people that come for free food should donate a small amount of money if if they can or help in some other way.

Do something like this and your hope for a materialistc future will start becoming a possibility.
