it took me over 6months to understudy and commence tbills trading, I have not understudy mmf so cant advice. Would keep studying TBill although I tried buying some using Wema Bank but they messed me up.. Told me they would get back to me but never did. I would just keep studying till I get it right.

whatever generated the savings, is it a regular occurrence, if so, set a limit and save a compulsory amount to grow your capital. When I was in the streets, I made it compulsory to save 50% of my income and groove 20%, 30% for AOB. that 50% built me a house in few years after a failed electoral ambition. Till date I appreciate that building than any other one I have owned because it came from real street sweat. imagine I knew about tbills back then in 2006, I would be retiring now.

Money market seem to generate as more interest as the TBill. I dont see any major difference apart from Tbills paying up from while MMF dont.

Can you give your opinion on which is better?

only way to max out profit is by compounding; reinvesting profits of more than 100k. if the source of the 500k is recurring then you can draw a plan stick to it. There is nothing new under the sun so it will definitely replay or you recreate it when you arrive but I doubt if you will want it then.

The source of the 500k is savings.

How long does it take to open an MMF account with FBN....... made payment on Wednesday, mailed everything to them..........no feedback yet

Took me 2 days..

They told me hold on with the payment, and told me to pay when they open an account for me..

Started the process on a wednesday, By friday i got my account no.

And paid in on Sunday..

Account went live on Wednesday and with my interest counting from Monday..

Its been a pretty smooth sail with them thus far.

Please, I need your advice on an investment decision. I started investing my savings in mutual fund(money market) about 6 months ago, this has been fruitful but I think I do better by using my investment to buy a car for uber and collect a weekly commission.

I have been able to save up to 1.5m in the mutual funds, I know next to nothing about cars or maintaining one this will be my first car purchase, I am confused on whether I should get the car or continue with my mutual fund.

I would appreciate a matured response and if you have tried this uber thing before I would really appreciate if you could share your story

Brother go for golf 3 direct Belgium/tokunbo. Its around that 500k. Never ever buy a fairly used Nigerian car. Maintenance and fueling is sugar cane.

She left the exam hall before me, I began to look for this girl around the school premises after the paper is done amd dusted but I couldn't see her, she later sighted and called me with a slightly smile on her face, I called her to come over to where im, she asked about the exam and I replied "it was fine" *I asked if she has paper on Monday and she replied yes* "two papers* she talked very fast and seems to do the boss thing as she was just eager to leave as she saw im leaving the school for somewhere else, I asked we will see on monday, she said okay and I zoomed away..

with FBN, i've always had the same day subscription or at most the next day if the payment was made late.

The trick for me is that i never send my payment evidence to their customer care email where it would take too long to sort out, i send it to my account officer's and he acknowledges the receipt of the email and follows up on the subscription.

Even when i subscribe early enough on a friday, my fund gets utilized that day though it may not reflect on my account, but everything gets updated accordingly on Monday.

The last subscription i made was yesterday at 9:39am Nigeria time, i received an email acknowledgement at 10am and by today (sat) my account is updated with interest.

Try FBNQuest, they've got good rates and i've not had any issues with them so far.

If you read the story I dropped, you'd know she ain't new. We've been in a relationship since 10years(2009) and trying to make thing official(marriage wise) isn't really rushing up things cause her family and mine knows we're literally dating. The issue was that I refused going physical with her through these years cause I felt I wasn't ready then(coupled with how shy and reserved I was).
