Definitely, the roof which will make it a Bungalow is cheaper. U don't need to go over the board, u can just do the longspan aluminium roof but if you want to attain the 4Units of 3bd flats, then you will need to have planned for it from the foundation then u deck and probably felt & introduce a form of temporary flood drain around anywhere on the deck & make sure u have made provisions for the members that will carry the first floor. U can even do a temporary felt if u don't mind

Whixh is cheaper to do decking or roofing for a 2 flat 3 bedroom all ensuite building.

The plan is to do 4 flat though but funds is doing ojoro right now?

The job is in engineering though.

Stuff like style of management, training within or outside the country been encouraged, nice working environment etc .

IESL is a Engineering design company.

They do alot of designs for major oil and gas companies.

And they have branches in Gabon, Angola and some other countries too.

I don't know anything about there pay and i have not worked with them. But i have interacted with some of their design docs before. They are more like ariosh but better.

I have interest in project management, i am looking at positioning myself to fit into project management department where i work at the moment. During my NYSC, i took the a project management course with one of those organisations that offer subsidized rate for corpers. Now, i want to take the PMI course but haven gone through the requirements, i see there is a need for about 4500 hours of experience in managing projects which i don't have. According to PMI, what i qualify to sit for is CAPM. On uber at the end of the trip, if u notice any suspicious scam, click on the trip details, look at the route the driver drove from ur pickup point to your destination, if there is a form of zig-zag or u see that the route on the map is not where u passed in reality, report such trip as fruad, driver will be penalized and u will have a refund.

I want to also know if the App is truly safe to invest on Tbills. Lastly, what are the pros and cons of using the I-invest App. I am a little bit confused about the whole thing.

Or, would it be nice to walk into my bank and invest directly with my bank instead of the I-invest App?
