Honestly rates can't good all year round. Look at TBill 11 % at best.

That's why diversification is the key. You could look at taking more risk with higher yield investment/portfolio.

No pain, no gain! At least its working for me.

But nothing beats low profit with peace of mind!

I opened a mmf account of 500k with arm investment lastweek but I noticed I have always been paid interest of 163/160 naira on a daily basis which is around 11.8/11.9 of my said investment even though a rep of d firm says their interest rate was @ 12.3/12.4 and that the coy charges custodian fee of 1% from the 12.3/12.4 interest rate..
Would need help from d gurus in d house if I am on d right track with them or I should simply just port to another fund manager

MMF ratee has really dropped.

Even FBN has been hovering around 12.1 and 12.3 for the past weeks.

One would probably need to look for other investment options

I believe that a corner piece doesn't always mean a bigger land than a regular one but some features more people desire in an estate.

A corner piece has one less neighbor, more natural light, more fresh airflow, more street parking, more street visibility, more garden area etc the downside is there is no privacy in the compound if the fence is short or no fence estate, more street noise, more gardening cost, and for those countries where you are require to clear ice on walk way, you have more walkway to cover. A hurricane will batter such a house more than any other etc.

The twin duplex will depend on its size.

When they verify your stuffs, they would send you your Customer I'd and the account no you should send the money to.

Ensure to put your customer ID in description to avoid stories that touch the heart.

Once they do that, you would send in the money and you should get credited or appear on your app after 24 hours

Not their fault. There is no collateral and no salary account domiciled with them. So they are taking a greater risk. Moreover, the banks refused to do consumer lending like salary advance or personal loan even when your salary has been paid to them for close to 10 years.

With GTB I get the notifications for salary advance everytime I use the ATM, but never tried it though

Rate history for Axamansard? No, they don't have rate history, you can only monitor the rate posted in their website and I can confirm that they pay exactly what it's displayed on their site. 16% plus would be the highest they've paid this year though, they've been at around 12.6 preciously.
