My brother e go hard sha...but doable. They have the numbers to start the process. 1/3 of national assembly (senate and house) will allege gross misconduct and abuse of the constitution.

Letter will be sent to president.

2/3 of the NA (senate and house) will pass motion that it should be investigated. Current Senate PDP needs like 5 other parties members to join them, don't know of house.

Chief Justice will set up a commitee of 7 to investigate. If the panel comes out positve,

Then 2/3 of the NA again adopts their report and impeachment happens.

When there is abuse of a process, it keeps getting abused. Our constitution states that if there is cross carpeting like this, the seat becomes vacant. But previously, this has been downplayed even by the supreme court ( if i remember correctly). Now it is coming back to haunt.

You are a nobody. U know nothing. I have set up a business from scratch, and i have sold it. A business that has overcome the start up phase where the risks are the greatest and then is generating revenue, if a % is sold, 100% of that price will most likely exceed the total cost of setting up the business. If it is so, why don't you go and be buying up large businesses, since it is cheap. olodo
