Deinde Fernandez apparently makes over 100 million pounds a month. http://nigeriaworld.com/letters/2001/jan/150.html |
Abeg let me bookmark this thread so that whenever Mekusxxx and his likes want to start shouting i can keep posting the thread over and over again for them. To show them that they are a minority on their own way of thinking, and that they are about to be left behind. ![]() |
You have a Yoruba babe, that you have been chopping? you Mekusxxx? ROTFLMAO. Yoruba girls hardly marry Igbo boys, so i guess you have been the one wasting your time. lol, you may think you are chopping but you are being chopped. She probably has Yoruba boys to do your job better, and is sucking you dry of all the money you have to spend to keep her. ![]() |
RIP to Yaradua and the rest of the Yaradua family. When a family loses a loved one it is always a sad situation no matter who the person was. His time on earth has come to and end, and we bid him adieu and good luck facing God. I hope he died repenting and asking for God's forgiveness. Just shows that we are only here for a season, and only God knows when we shall depart to account for all of our deeds. So to all those people consumed with wasting their lives on irrelevant things (tribalism and ethnic sentiments), i hope your life and health is worth wasting. Nigeria has woken up, and as a country we shall move on together, from what Yaradua has left behind. God bless Nigeria. |
This thread is one of the funniest threads on Nairaland. ROTFLMAO! Seems people have been watching Mekusxxx for a while and have decided to show him fire for fire. Also seems Mekus is an Igbo man living in Yorubaland cause he knows how to curse in Yoruba: mekusxxx:So i guess this also applies to Mekusxxx: mekusxxx: |
BlakkBoi: , speechless. |
Sagamite:Oh sorry, i just saw your yellow teeth smiling in a car and trying to show that you live in London. Please take mama-gee with you to your council office so that both of you can be well informed. I see she likes to chase your comments and grin. LMAO. DUMBASS with below par education.hahahahhaa. What a shame. . P.s, go to the nearest dentist and whiten your teeth. |
Sagamite:You have education? rotflmao. I would have left you alone but you came to disgrace yourself so i will answer you finally and hope you learn. I know you have never been to a developed country that is why you argue blindly. A 10yr old in a developed country knows that you need permits to film anything. I hope i have broken it down for you. I know you are too old to assimilate anything in your brain. A regular illiterate will argue blindly of nothing he knows about. Who is the slowpoke now? You are the type of person that learns by doing the work himself. Because you will keep arguing very silly details, as that is how limited your brain is. LMAO. I hope you learned something on NL today. If not, i dont know how to help your situation. It is beyond repair. ![]() |
Keyamo tries so hard to be relevant and stay in the lime light. I think he thinks he is Gani. He doesnt know Lagos politics are more complicated than his stupid reasoning. He should go to his home state and challenge his governor if he really wants a fight.lol. But as we heard, he is a wife beater so therefore a wimp all because his wife cant cook. ![]() |
NOW OBJ's Legacy ![]() 1976-1979 General Muhammed was assassinated on February 13, 1976, in an abortive coup. His chief of staff, Lt. Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo, became head of state. Obasanjo adhered meticulously to the schedule for return to civilian rule, moving to modernize and streamline the armed forces and seeking to use oil revenues to diversify and develop the country's economy. Seven new states were created in 1976, bringing the total to 19. The process of creating additional states continued until, in 1996, there were 36. The Second Republic A constituent assembly was elected in 1977 to draft a new constitution, which was published September 21, 1978, when the ban on political activity, in effect since the advent of military rule, was lifted. Political parties were formed, and candidates were nominated for president and vice president, the two houses of the National Assembly, governorships, and state houses of assembly. In 1979, five political parties competed in a series of elections in which a northerner, Alhaji Shehu Shagari of the National Party of Nigeria (NPN), was elected president. All five parties won representation in the National Assembly. http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/bgn/2836.htm Institutions and Projects in just 3 years: 1) As Head of the Federal Military Government of Nigeria from 1976-1979, he presided over the first voluntary transition to civil democratic rule on the African continent. (http://www.yaraduacentre.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=28) 2) In 1977, the federal government abolished the payment of tuition fees for all undergraduate programs in its universities and set the hostel accommodation fee 3) 1977,Lagos Stock Exchange became, Nigerian Stock exchange ( Being inclusive so that the rest of Nigeria can benefit )4)Nigerian Reinsurance Corporation (http://www.nigeriareinsurance.com/about-history.html) 5) Federal Mortgage Bank-The FMBN was established by a military decree No 7 of 20th January 1977 when it was capitalized with the sum of N20 million as the apex mortgage institution in the country. (http://allafrica.com/stories/200911301291.html) 6) JAMB to name a few. That is 3 years. The 1999 to 2000's is yet to come. brb. Not giving up yet. You shall see the truth and it shall set you free. Or you change your NL name.lol. |
Onlytruth: |
Onlytruth:Please close it and name. You must not fall asleep while trying to. Do not include the ministry of drug trade and corruption |
Onlytruth:Compare both their regimes please. With facts and figures or else you will have to change your NL name to something more fitting. Lets stick to the arguments. thanks. |
Onlytruth: ![]() you vehemently refuse to accept the truth and try to explain it away. Whatever benefits IBB got as president was passed down from OBJ's regime was it not? And he even managed to Bleep that up as well. How many billions of $$$ did IBB steal as a result? So because Fela was accusing his own brother's as a way to wake up their conscience you conclude they were the only ones that stole? Since you brought up comparing the both of them, please do so objectively. Every leader in Nigeria has stolen, but IBB's theft is in a different league. He crippled Nigeria, and continued through Abacha. His theft was astronomical. |
Onlytruth:You are being thoroughly subjective in your argument. If you are gonna compare regime's, compare the both of thems military regime. IBB started the downward spiral that OBJ had to deal with in the democratic regime. Before OBJ came back into power, Abacha ruled. I hope you remember this? So until you can compare the both of thems military regime's then you have an argument. Also, compare all those regime's after IBB to OBJ's 8 years with respect to their accomplishments. |
mekusxxx:Compensated by who? June 12 can never be compensated. Whatever you will love to say about MKO is your business. But the proof is in the pudding and is very unchangeable. You cannot even explain why your Igbo brother's voted for him. I doubt if you were even alive in 1993, because you dont seem to know what you are talking about. MKO is a legend and will forever be. Am sorry, but there is nothing you can do about it. His wife Kudirat was a true Yoruba woman, who fought bravely so that even you could have rights. No matter what you say the Abiola family are highly respected for their sacrifice. If you call MKO a thief, i wonder what Ojukwu is ![]() |
Onlytruth:I know you may be driven by your cause but OBJ did a lot while in office. A lot more than other presidents. He got the opportunity to continue a good job, and strongly supported Jonathan to where he risked his life. The debt that got settled when he was in office accounts for nothing? Nigeria was on the path of living on aid from international bodies. OBJ did a lot under the circumstances. He did not need to employ Igbo's or need their help, he appointed them because they were qualified for the job. He also obviously wanted an inclusive government. He could have easily appointed Yoruba's in those positions. This just shows you that Yoruba's are more fair than other's in their dealings, and practically it is a weakness because the other tribes do not operate the same way. |
mekusxxx:You are relying on Fela's song to conclude? Am sure you have gone to google and have not been able to pull up anything. In your own words you are using another "Yoruba" brother's words against the other, and that is your source of information. He was a business man, and made his money that way. Obviously every business man incurs debts, am sure you know this. Their estates also pay their debts upon their demise. All what you are saying cannot spoil his reputation as a legend and upright man. Even his wives bravely fought for democracy and your Igbo brother's voted for him immensely. That should tell you something. |
Onlytruth:Do you really believe what you posted? Look at the facts of their regimes. Am not even asking you to look at OBJ's democratic oh, both of them's military regime's and judge for yourself. Despite the ills that OBJ may have been involved in, he employed the most IGBO's in key positions in this country ever. You have got to give him that. And he brought in good representatives of the Igbo's that people had never heard of before. OBJ has done wrong as well, but i think right now he is on the right path and is really trying to give Nigerian's a chance. He is not necessarily asking for a southerner as president, he wants the people to be able to elect their own president fairly. That is my opinion. You say he is directing Jonathan, well Jonathan has been doing a fantastic job so far. If he is the puppet master, i dont mind that at all. ![]() |
Onlytruth:Only after he got to the AG position. Let us be truthful here. I have taken a close look at his advisory team and it is pretty much even, so i dont know which other team you are talking about. ![]() |
Onlytruth:I was just trying to understand your picture, and how it relates to the topic. It really really contradicts your topic and shows Ojukwu made a very very wrong decision associating with IBB. As it only sets him up. Until you move on from 1967 and demand a free and fair election, Igbo's will not get to be president. The thing you do not know is that there are people with very independent minds from other tribes. People generally will elect a fit candidate under the right circumstances. Embracing a new Nigeria that is fair and just will only benefit you. Supporting IBB will bring nothing. He Still needs the Yoruba support. About your population, where did you get this data? There has never been a true and thorough census taken in Nigeria before. You may be suprised on which silent tribe has more than that population. ![]() |
EzeUche:Yeah o.k, whatever works for you and however you will get there is up to you. But these are the same Igbo leaders that never spoke up or went to meet Jonathan to show support for him. I dont think the SS people will forget this. Please google and verify this claim. The Igbo elders cancelled their meeting with Jonathan because they felt that it did not sit right with the Northerners. Every other group threw their support behind Jonathan, and Jonathan is now acting as president. This is why i will say goodluck to you on joining the SS, people do not forget. |
Onlytruth:Yah! sure you would not want us to see the real meaning behind the picture. you put up a picture that is 40 yrs old, and ask use to see what you want us to see ( the more we look the less we see). It only shows that Ojukwu is trying to join a league of plotters. Ojukwu has betrayed these group of men before in a big way, they will just laugh and use him because they will never ever trust his motives. Ojukwu is better off fighting for liberation from the old heads and being a true leader. LOL, and it is Ojukwu that IBB will trust as an ally? I wish you the best. IBB stands nothing to gain by giving Ojukwu his wish, he benefits more from a united Nigeria. He will not trust Ojukwu because Ojukwu has shown himself in the past, and everyone knows where he stands. He will only use Ojukwu and dump him. If a northerner becomes president, a south south person will still be his vice. The next time, its going to be a SS president. Mark my words. Just watch and see. |
Onlytruth:OnlyTruth, And what is the point you are trying to pass across with the picture? The fact that they play draft together doesnt mean they are bosom buddies. This pic was taken in 1970 right? That was how many years ago? 40yrs? I dont get the point you are trying to make, this conclusion is very weak. Association by picture? And is this the same OBJ that is speaking against IBB? The pic is very very contradictory, and doesnt make sense in the cause you are fighting for. If we apply it to your cause it only means IBB, OBJ and Danjuma are plotting against everyone else. You think this club will be so quick to accept Ojukwu? Am thinking they will use him instead, so your argument for Ojukwu's association with IBB is already a very failed argument as he stands to gain nothing. Will also like to know the background info on the pic, if you are really OnlyTruth. |
Topsido:You meant, TewMuch. Of course i know its delusions, but he has never acted in a crazy manner before. So maybe he has been having the visions of grandeur. But hey, he may also be a closet lunatic but i prefer to give him the benefit of doubt and not insult him just yet. |
Sagamite: Wow you are really ignorant. Did not anticipate your level of stupidity. Before i get as dumb as you, let me leave you alone because your dubness is very contagious. You need to ask around to verify that little information. you really sound stupid and need to go back to bed, so that you can wake up again with a new orientation and way of thinking. Dumbass. . Goodnight. ![]() |
Onlytruth:Sure. Whatever floats your boat and makes you sleep better at night. Also, whatever can help you wrap your head around the issue. ![]() |
mekusxxx:You come to conclusions a lot on things you do not know about. If you think they stole please present your facts. Abiola was an industrialist and a very hardworking business man that made his money the hard way. You have got to admire that, no matter how you try to spoil his name you will never succeed. We have to be truthful in things we say despite our differences. At least if you are going to bash someone, come up with something that is based on truth, not just your regular stereotype and hasty conclusion. I am sure you know nothing of the Abiola dynasty. Read up on it, and come back with very strong points. |
^^^ ![]() i Laugh at your ignorance. I tried to educate you further on what you dont know, but you refuse to absorb new information. So i will let you remain where you are. . Your mentality is rather, uhmm ![]() |
Me_Aboki:So even Joseph of then knew that it would be ridiculous to take a child bride, and sani yerima over 2000 years later cannot see the problem with taking a child bride. ![]() |
Andre Uweh: ![]() Liberation of who? Can you please explain some more what you meant by that. ![]() |
