ficoram: For me the issue of toll fee is a welcome developement, because when you pass through most of these roads,its a nightmare,then you begin to ask yourself how on earth ll the government commits herself to building this road, or if atall the roads are built, maintainance is another issue,the government will definately not commit her resources to this.Tolling is a world wide phenomenon and china has about the highest Tolled highway in the world.
My concern is management of this found,which I think a separate account should be generated and not mix with the federal account.

If you actually paid taxes instead of living off an allowance from your mummy and daddy, you would be much less willing to let the Government eat your Taxpayers money and then turn around and make you pay exorbitant tolls to drive on roads that should have been free.

Apart from the fact that Microsoft OneNote offers OFFLINE OCR with just the click of a mouse (seriously, put a document in OneNote and Right Click), SkyDrive users can do this with ease with the OneNote version of Microsoft Office Web apps.

Not to mention there are several other websites that do OCR also on documents.
