Are we going to blame this on Buhari too? |
seanet02:I know it's difficult but can you people please remember that for every Corps member killed, at least 10 other innocent men, women and children were slaughtered by the mob. Making this all about the Corpers is in very bad taste indeed. We need to mourn and demand for justice for EVERYONE who was a victim of this crisis. |
Then you people aren't any better than the Almajiris in question. The article clearly states that the police and armed forces rounded up innocent residents and subjected them to torture and in some cases, death. Innocent life is innocent life anywhere, be it a Corps member or an indigenous hausa man. |
oludunamis:Well, Samson did fulfil his destiny |
Let me see anybody praise Jega again after this incompetent display. The whole resources of INEC devoted to only 4 LGAs in Imo and yet there are rampant cases of electoral materials failing to appear until late in the day! There are already numerous reports of electoral fraud and stolen ballots. Jega is somewhat better than Iwu but not by as much as we all thought before. |
otumfour:STFU. This discussion IS related to Android. |
solotuonye:Rochas will win this election cleanly. When your man is kicked out, we'll see who will be giving you pocket money in the future. |
mbatuku1:Are you on crack? Boycott the election and he loses. I think you're one of the Ohakim trolls here. solotuonye:truth? Or you mean you're a jobless sycophant who has been paid N2000 to come on Nairaland and spread fake news. You and your shameless cohorts that will use an official state website to spread falsehood in favour of the Government. Damn all you petty crooks to hell, selling your souls for mere breadcrumbs. |
Why are they waiting for an audience with Governors and Senators before spilling the beans? Why not try to reach out to students, parents and other concerned stakeholders? I hope this isn't a continuation of 'big man worship'. If you need an 18 hour DVD to sell your idea, you blew it. |
Dede1:SO after all your Igbo supremacist campaign on Nairaland you still take the sides of one of the greatest scourge of your people in this democratic setting. |
Too daft to be left alive lest his daft genes taint the next generation of Nigerians. |
the man kudunt even spek english (no oofeinse)
He could speak English, just not perfectly. |
Obiagu1:You're truly your father's son. |
princeofp:Yes o! If we're lucky it will kill you too. |
Jarus:You mean like the person posting a 'crime' story in the 'Politics' section? Or like the 'Politics' section moderator (who really should know better) abetting the lawlessness by commenting? |
Acidosis:See this imbecilic oaf! By this same logic, Rev King must not be criticised That same Pastor that was sodomizing kids in the UK must not be judged Even Erastus Akingbola must be set free, for how can a mere judge pass judgement on a 'man of God'? |
NANS has been a sellout group of cowards for years now. I'm not surprised. |
Rossikk:That 'man sitting in a cave' was able to blow up two embassies in East Africa, killing hundreds. He was able to blow up a heavily armed US warship off the coast of Yemen. Getting people to hijack planes and crash them into public buildings isn't a stretch. It's worth noting that this 'man in a cave' was worth hundreds of millions of dollars, could count on tens of thousands of devoted and fanatical followers and was a religious icon. You conspiracy theory nuts just fail to parse all the available data. You pick the most negative data and put an incredible spin on it. Hilarious! |
naijatoday:Why do you people keep asking this same question when the answer is so obvious? In Nokia's heydays, they had the hardware, solid cameras and a decent OS. Their flagship phones were easy winners when compared to the phones churned out by their rivals (chunky Winmo phones from LG and Samsung, crappy featurephones from the others, Slow and buggy Sony Ericcson phones) In the post-iphone world, everyone has seemingly embraced excellent hardware design. Samsung now make their own top notch camera sensors that can rival anything Nokia brings out. LG and HTC phones are solidly built. Moving to Android would have left Nokia just one of many. Imagine Nokia releasing an Android powered N9 in July. They'd have to compete with Samsung's Galaxy series, LG's Optimus 2X and Black dual core phones, HTC Sensation (and like 5 other high end HTC phones). And that's just in Europe! In North America, they'd struggle to make any headway against the well entrenched players like Motorola, LG, Samsung etc. Going with Win Phone 7 gives them a chance to stand out and impress. WP7 as it stands is already much sleeker and cooler looking than Android and iOS, all it needs is some more polish and some improvements to the OS. And I can see Nokia excelling with this. |
You're on a Nigerian website, touting a Verizon CDMA phone that most likely won't work in GSM dominated Nigeria. Don't you feel slightly foolish? |
efisher:And every single one of these names will be mentioned when GEJ starts showing his true colors ![]() |
afam4eva:You HEARD?! Abeg let people on ground actually comment. His own people do not want him, you think they are under mass hypnosis? Maybe na the DSTV advert dey deceive you. |
It now is obvious that even a high postcount is not a factor in identifying the intelligent people on Nairaland. Now we can safely add whiteroses to the list of cretins on Nairaland. |
The US did not release any photo of Osama Bin Laden. If you were fooled by several internet photoshopped fakes, that's you own shame. |
Why would you buy a Xoom when you can get the Asus eee transformer for far less? Same quality, much lower price. Even the upcoming 10 inch Galaxy Tab is a much better deal than the xoom! |
Beaf, this is getting rather s.t.u.p.i.d. I used to rate you among the intelligent fellows on Nairaland, what the hell is happening to you? If it's just about victory, you man GEJ has won. Why this burning need to tarnish Buhari's image to the end? As for these ACN youths, they need to STFU and blame their imams and fellow muslims for the acts of carnage in the North. |
This is irresponsible indeed! How can this make the front page when there's no proof whatsoever? For all you know, we could be here destroying a Doctor's reputation and damaging the credibility of the hospital. cold:how the heck can you be 90% sure? |
Maximip:I'm not talking about Samsung. I'm talking about the Samsung Galaxy S. There's a big difference between a company and a phone. |
