Believe me, he didn't mean that post to flatter the xbox 360 |
Lol @ people saying Your graduating grade is not an indication of intelligence and smartness. That argument Is sound if you're talking of someone with a 2.2. But a 3rd class? Anyone with a 3rd class has to be a dumbass, pure and simple. You actually need to work at it to make a 3rd class, shebi u know? As for the guy's actions, I see nothing wrong in it. It's his choice, just like it was her choice to get a crappy degree. |
In a taxi heading towards the gamelounge. I was just sitting down in surulere trying to make time pass faster - then I remembered this thread and I thought "hey, why not?" so I'm going there now. Once there, I will slay or I will be slain. That Is how it is ![]() mistiky, hope I meet u there. The number u posted some time ago didn't go. |
ritchboy:no it's not. It's extremely STUPID for someone to argue that one game is better simply because it has better graphics. uncharted and MW2 are two different gaming genres and it's silly to compare them directly. Metacritic numbers can not be used as an accurate and precise figure since it's still an aggregate of individual subjective reviews. It does not mean a damn thing if killzone has better graphics than MW2. MW2 is a far better game than Killzone 2, and will be played for years even when killzone 2 remains a distant memory. Kosovo, until you realist that graphics don't equal excellence, you'll never be a true gamer. |
Not all honeymoon has to be 'travel overseas for three weeks'. But you need some alone time with your new bride after the wedding. Isn't that 'neccessary' to you? If it's a cost issue, go to Ghana or Obudu or even Calabar. Something like that! I get married soon, and I'm doing mine in Dubai ![]() |
Nigeria NEEDS people in Diaspora. How the hell else are we going to get the knowledge transfer we need to bring this country to the jet age? 2Legit2Qui:I sincerely hope your son inherited his intelligence from your wife. While other developed countries even take votes from their citizens living abroad, envious and bitter Nigerians like yourself are making these stupid generalizations. Shebi Chinua Achebe sef na diasporian? Kindly call him up and direct these accusations to him ![]() |
dinggle:Stop spreading stupid FUD. So 300 million Americans are moving into underground bunkers, eh? Horus:Why am i not surprised that you turn up here in this utterly inane discussion? |
miksonics:And what exactly does this mean? POst the actual resolution and stop the unneccessary hyperbole. |
fuelles:Bloody scumbag scammer. Abeg go and find meaningful employment somewhere. |
denzel2009:He's asking for an original copy, dumbass. |
Viyon A:Let people figure out how to spend their hard earned money, ok? PS: The same argument could be put forward about life - it can be gone in a FLASH. So maybe we should just stop living? ![]() |
girllygal:Do not buy a blackberry storm. Or at least wait a few weeks and get the Storm 2. |
HE needs to spend a few more days in custody so he learns a crucial lesson. |
Shutting down the NYSC over cases like these is tantamount to folding your hands and declaring that Nigerians aren't really safe in their own country. Because, whether it's the north or south it's still one country. I expect the Nigerian government and the Nigerian populace to rise to the challenge and take steps to tackle this menace, steps that do not involve throwing away the baby with the bath water. Despite the riots in the North, aren't there still southerners living in the north even until now? Why is no one crusading for these guys to all go back to Southern Nigeria? I still maintain that the NYSC scheme is largely beneficial to the nation. thousands of schools in Nigeria rely on teachers from the programme. Hundreds of lives have been changed. SOme for the worse, but largely for the better. |
naijaking1:And the same NYSC has continued to supply high quality teachers to millions of primary and secondary school students especially in Rural areas. Fhemmmy:I'm not 100% certain, but i think under sharia law the accuser has to provide 3 witnesses - and the three witnesses must be credible and upstanding muslim members of the community who can attest to have witnessed the rape. If na by sharia law, these people will get off scot-free. |
Microsoft Security Essentials is a free antivirus that's as good (or better) than any out there. it's FREE! |
I hope you people realize that first time caught does not mean first time offender? |
walakolobo:Funny how most of you spouting this antipathy towards diasporians come across as bitter, envious people. |
Fhemmmy:so all your life you never see fine Yoruba babe? You need to improve your love and sex life. |
Ujujoan:PDP IS the problem with Anambra state. What was the party in charge during the Anambra crisis? Which Party supported Chris Uba in his machinations? Was it not the PDP? What party rewarded Chris Uba with a BOT position? What party sponsored and endorsed the impeachment of Peter Obi for spurious reasons, opening the state to Etiaba's misrule? What Party did Uba act for during the election rigging saga? Chris Uba may no longer be there (reports of his departure are yet unconfirmed), but the pantheon of crooks remain, including such arch rogues like Anenih (who ironically has been seen staunchly supporting Soludo) Tell me, what good thing has Anenih ever done for the nation? At least Obama had the sense to dissociate himself from his controversial pastor. Soludo still remains content to hobnob with these high profile crooks. Ujujoan:Wrong. And there's the problem. NEVER fall for just articles and write-ups. Hasn't history showed you the folly of believing in Politicians' promises? All the fancy speeches from Obama will not have won him the election if Americans didn't believe that the Republican Party was leadng the US astray. Even here where the PDP has derailed the state, you still want to go back to that merely on the strength of words? Ujujoan:And it makes it any better how you're focusing on victories only and ignoring all his failures? Especially as his failures are all the more recent? Ujujoan:Soludo wasn't handling anything, period! Ask how many debt recovery measures were put in place between late 2008 and when he handed over to Sanusi? Unnecessary panic? Hah! Why did soludo stand aside while unnecessary and unethical banking practices were being carried out? If you criticise Sanusi for going after flies with a sledgehammer, what about the person (soludo) who did nothing at all? I'd rather a Doctor that gave me chloroquine for my malaria (even though it itched me hellishly at night) than another doctor that did not even administer panadol at all. ![]() |
back2back:So going by your logic, since the killers of Marshall Harry and Bola Ige have gone scot free, we should free all the murderers in jail and give first time murderers aa very lenient sentence, eh? There are tens of millions of Nigerian youths. Why then hesitate to punish the few bad eggs? |
30 months completion time? WTF?! That's 2.5 years to fix a road. What kind of contract is that? What are Nigerians expected to do in that time interval? Absolute rubbish! |
Ujujoan:Funny how you don't see the irony in your words. You have no intention of letting Ngige govern Anambra state ever again, yet you are perfectly happy to vote in the same PDP that has been at the centre of every crisis that has rocked PDP since 2001? Ujujoan:And in your opinion, voting in Soludo is the right 'consequence' for his inaction during the rot in the banking sector? |
You have his name and phone number, right? Post it here let us know who the scoundrel is! |
nex:You cannot upgrade an SDTV to a HDTV. nex:And in how many homes are there HDTVs? I doubt up to 1% of Nigerian homes have HDTVs nex:Nex, this is so much FUD. I can see no logical reasoning behind this doomsday scenario. Why would the same Nigerians you expect to buy HDTVs suddenly switch to old, used CRTs? HDTVs are relatively expensive in Nigeria, with the smaller 32 inch models clocking in around 100k on average. Just how many families can easily afford that? nex:LOL. DSTV will broadcast in SD for many years to come. So will most other foreign channels. |
As usual, lumping all the pentecostal [pastors together because of few bad eggs among them.
When you hold such an exalted position, silence indicates complicity.Ask your pastor what he thinks about the whole sordid situation and why he is yet to make a public statement on the issues. But i can bet you won't. |
Thats how you judge people. Nkem Owoh made a soundtrack for a movie about 419 few years back and all of a sudden, he now glorifies social vices. He is an entertainer for Gods sake and the movie was about 419 tricks and how oyibos fall for them.
Soundtrack? Don't make me laugh in Swahili! It wouldn't have been so bad if it was just the soundtrack to the movie. But an album?! That song was the lead song of the Album. Naturally this same fellow went on tour around Europe singing that same insidious song. Was that part of the 'Soundtrack'? Entertainer my butt. When you people were applauding Dora for banning District 9, you didn't excuse it on the grounds that it was 'Entertainment'. So, Mr Osuofia, Kidnapping is just a game - everybody dey play am ![]() |
Where have you Christians been when innocent Children are being killed in Eket on allegations of Witchcraft made by Pentecostal pastors? Virtually all the PFN's men of God in Nigeria fail the love and charity test. They sit at the pulpits spewing doctrines of prosperity while innocent souls are consumed daily. Rubbish! |
Jarus:You may wish to invest in an alarm clock. Face it, that cock may not survive Xmas ![]() PS: Lest i forget, this has nothing to do with Politics. You're a Mod. Lead by example ![]() |
Ibime:Benin isn't a 'hometown'. And there are numerous ethnic groups in Edo State. Most tertiary institutions in Nigeria have students from virtually all the ethnic groups in the nation. For all you know, all those guys could be Ijaw students at AAU. |
Shebi he specializes in singing hit songs about Nigerian social vices? Oya, let him enjoy the captivity period for a while. He could consider it research ![]() |
tkb417:Thanks ![]() Please don't smite me! |
