Are you referring to professor Mbajiogu of civil engineering department, ESUT that year?

Because that's same thing they did to the man that brought to his downfall till date.
No it was a lecturer in ABU faculty of Law , that year.

Good to know similar stuff happened elsewhere.

Only you and your husband can answer that question.

If it was me and I could only afford one first class ticket. It's either we'll both be alternating between both classes and the kids or we all just stay in economy.

All you've done here is admit you didn't bother to actually read any of the links I provided. Thankfully, anyone else reading this post can easily confirm that I shared multiple documents from credible sources, all confirming the ugly reality some would like to deny: Igbos dominate both the international drug trade and international fraud.

That the above statement is deeply unflattering doesn't make it untrue or a smear. Reality has no obligation to flatter anyone's tribal self-esteem. The real tribalism is pretending otherwise, and claiming Igbos deserve no extra scrutiny simply because people from other tribes occasionally make the news for the same offenses. Yes, one might find the occasional Yoruba and the very rare Hausa engaged in such crimes abroad, but it is outright dishonest to pretend that the existence of, for example, a crook like Mompha, somehow means northerners are just as guilty of 419 as Igbos. Where international crime is concerned, the statistics don't lie.

Of course I don't expect you to understand any of this, as you clearly don't understand even simpler things, but it's important that it be noted for other readers with greater intelligence than yours.
Ah! You're still here? All this grammar just for me?

Anyway, However, you want to (mis) interpret anything that was said in between, don't forget my initial response which was:

STOP WITH THE STEREOTYPICAL TRIBALISTIC TROPES! it is going to do more harm than good. Peace out!

Best answer I have seen so far.

This is how a young lady single handedly brought down a very powerful lecturer in my undergraduate days.

she used a tape recorder (mobile phones were not common back then.0

Now we have all kinds of options , she can even record audio and video on her laptop without him knowing. She can even live stream if she wants.

I really can't give the best advice to my 24-year-old sister struggling with the frustrations of a married professor in his late 40s who wants to have a sexual affair with her.

The lecturer handles two different courses, each having a three-credit load and she is afraid of being failed for not complying with his sexual advances.

Having given many excuses for not meeting up for a date and refusing his gifts, tonight I found her crying after talking to him over the phone and it seems he is upset about the whole situation.
First things first, she should start recording their conversations for future reference.

Swear on Amadioha, Sango or whatever you like, it's still all superstitious rubbish useful only to fraudsters and liars who can't stand being defeated by verifiable evidence. You wouldn't know what "evidence" or "verification" is if it hit you in the face, which is why you're reduced to "swearing" rubbish like a market-woman.
Ok, don't swear, provide evidence; I actually prefer that (even though I know you will never find any cos I have evidence that your evidence does not exist.)

Meanwhile, I have enjoyed your performance so far, especially the assuming, it's been quite amusing.

Good that you can own up to your deficiencies. I'm certainly confident about mine, which is why I have gone to the trouble of providing evidence for the ugly reality you're trying to wish away with empty rhetoric and blatant deflection. It is simply an indisputable statistical reality that Igbos overwhelmingly outnumber Yorubas and everyone else when it comes to being arrested abroad for either drugs or fraud. Just about the only variety of international crime that Igbos don't dominate is the Italian prostitution rings run by certain Edo people smugglers. Otherwise it's Igbo domination all day every day, attested to by the United Nations, Chatham House and the London Metropolitan Police (none of whom have a stake in defending or smearing one Nigerian group over another). As such, any attempts to deflect from stories like this one by making lame references to "Tinubu" or Hushpuppi are motivated merely by a tribalistic attempt to save face, not by any desire to grasp reality as it objectively is.
Meanwhile, I still can't get over the fact that you actually edited my post to paint a false picture.

Snooze. Deny all you want, your agenda is clear. No one forced you to bring up Hushpuppi and claim he was worse than this latest crook, so don't complain when others pay you back in your own coin. If you want to speak about reality rather than self-consoling lies about "there are criminals from different tribes", deal with the reality that numerous foreign bodies have noted Igbo predominance not just in drugs, but in financial fraud as well.

https://www.unodc.org/pdf/transnational_crime_west-africa-05.pdf

https://www.degruyter.com/document/doi/10.7560/717732-019/html

and let's not forget the time when the FBI charged a massive 77 Nigerians with fraud.

https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/348131-full-list-of-77-nigerians-charged-by-fbi-for-massive-fraud-in-america.html

That you can find one or two Yoruba swindlers for every 100 Igbos caught doesn't suddenly mean we are all obliged to pretend Igbos don't have a peculiar problem with fraud, anymore than catching the occasional Yoruba trying to sell drugs in Saudi Arabia disproves the near-complete Igbo dominance of the international drug trade. If you try to deny these hard facts, then what you are doing is fleeing reality, not "facing" it.
In other words you are not confident about your FALSE assumptions.

Read your initial post again then read my responses and admit that you are the tribalist and I am the one trying to move us away from tribalism.

In your tribalistic mind, giving up less than $700k in a civil forfeiture case - an entirely non-criminal process - is worse than being convicted of defrauding hundreds of millions, and merely being the (alleged, not proven) recipient of cash someone else criminally obtained makes one not merely, at best, a money launderer, but the equivalent of Pablo Escobar! Funnier still, this supposed "Escobar" was traveling freely to the USA and receiving the American ambassador at his personal residence even as a private citizen, indicating you and your ilk are in possession of incriminating evidence unavailable to the American government. If so, why are you wasting time shouting "Escobar" up and down on this website, instead of sharing your intel with the DEA?

You guys certainly can't be faulted for lack of imagination, even if it is clearly at the cost of your grasp of reality and your sanity.

Sure, if you say so - and I am the Emperor of Mexico! As if anyone who wasn't Igbo would be interested in deflecting a story about yet another Igbo criminal - in a seemingly endless line of Igbo criminals - being nabbed in India, by dragging the name of a Yoruba fraudster into the discussion. Deny it all you like, it's clear as day what you are and why you made your ridiculous comment. It is simply a fact that no Yoruba fraudster comes even close to the most audacious Igbo swindlers.
We see the world as we are not as it actually is. You who started with the tribalization are now trying to make me the tribalist. Reverse psychology? It won't work.

My entire point is that there are criminals from different tribes just like there are good achievers from same. If you don't get that, then forget about it.

Meanwhile, if you really believe that I am denying who I am then swear on your life and that of your family and I will do same. Otherwise... stop with your WRONG assumptions. Cos when you assume, it makes an ASS of U and ME!

But the real OG of international fraud is Emmanuel Nwude, who stole $242 million from Brazil's Banco Noroeste

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emmanuel_Nwude

I guess this is the point at which the likes of you start shouting "Amaka" up and down in praise of your peculiar prowess.
Well, 50 Cent thinks Hushpuppy is the more real fraudster. But yeah, we can argue that Emmanuel Nwude is a major competitor for the top spot. But what about our very own "Escobar?" whose entire history and true source of wealth has been shrouded in mystery and had even been indicted for receiving proceeds of heroin sales, in 1993, a whole two years before Emmanuel Nwude came on the scene?

Meanwhile, the likes of who are shouting 'Amaka"? Unfortunately, your assumptions about me are 100% wrong. I don't have a dog in the WaZoBia fight. I am just an indispensable minority in this geographical contraption.
