Chikwes:In a country where justice prevailed, this would have worked but there seems no justice in Nigeria, yet. But there is divine judgment, and it will surely come. |
oikirodah:May 29th is my Sons birthday, I will be too busy having fun with Him, family, and friends, I will not even have a second to spare for watching the "inauguration". |
khalling2008:Its all the same news and in all of this there is no clear indication that they were kidnapped for the purposes of being converted to Christianity as you alleged. |
khalling2008:Please share a link to one story about kidnapping of almajiri to convert to Christianity. Just one , please. |
Ola9ja23:You people are pushing the archaic tribalistic narratives that can plunge this nation into crises. And when a stone is thrown into the Market you don't know who it is going to land on. |
treesun:It is still the same courts, that the NBC will appeal to, and it is still the supreme court that will give the final interpretation. NBC has become so draconian that news media are not reporting on other things that are out there with evidence from other media. I foresee a very tyrannical NBC under a Tinubu presidency, especially if Lai is there because the opposition against Tinubu is not going to end IF he is finally inaugurated. |
RoyalBlu:So sorry to hear. Loss is a painful thing that all Humans must go through. I wasn't sure how to say what I wanted to say, but I found some excerpts, please see below; “The pain has a role to play. It will clean something, refresh something, awaken something. Many people, their true spiritual life blossomed out of tragedy and pain. Mooji "Mourning the loss of a close friend or relative takes time, but research tells us that it can also be the catalyst for a renewed sense of meaning that offers purpose and direction to life. Grieving individuals may find it helpful to use some of the following strategies to help them process and come to terms with loss: Talk about the death of your loved one with friends or colleagues in order to help you understand what happened and remember your friend or family member. Avoidance can lead to isolation and will disrupt the healing process with your support systems. Accept your feelings. You may experience a wide range of emotions from sadness, anger or even exhaustion. All of these feelings are normal and it’s important to recognize when you are feeling this way. If you feel stuck or overwhelmed by these emotions, it may be helpful to talk with a licensed psychologist or other mental health professional who can help you cope with your feelings and find ways to get back on track. Take care of yourself and your family. Eating healthy foods, exercising and getting plenty of sleep can help your physical and emotional health. The grieving process can take a toll on one’s body. Make sure you check in with your loved ones and that they are taking the necessary healthy steps to maintain their health. Reach out and help others dealing with the loss. Spending time with loved ones of the deceased can help everyone cope. Whether it’s sharing stories or listening to your loved one’s favorite music, these small efforts can make a big difference to some. Helping others has the added benefit of making you feel better as well. Remember and celebrate the lives of your loved ones. Anniversaries of a lost loved one can be a difficult time for friends and family, but it can also be a time for remembrance and honoring them. It may be that you decide to collect donations to a favorite charity of the deceased, passing on a family name to a baby or planting a garden in memory. What you choose is up to you, as long as it allows you to honor that unique relationship in a way that feels right to you." I wish you the very best on this journey, you will come out stronger and better on the other side. Amen. |
Greattie08:What kind of foolish and illogical argument is this? How are you comparing Bashir and Falz, when you should be comparing Falz "the activist" with the politicians that Falz is carrying out His activism against (like Bashir's Father) who failed to fix hospitals or pay doctors? You need to learn how to make logical arguments, my friend. |
Saga16:You and Bashir El-Rufai should be mocked, because if APC and His Father had done thier Job, Nigerian Doctors would not have fled the country in droves, and He may not have needed to go abroad. The joke is on you. |

Many recruiters come to recruitment with an air of superiority. Meanwhile, they may not be able to talk to some of those candidates eye to eye on a very good day. Your job as a recruiter is to find the person's fitness (or otherwise) for the role. Not to make them feel small or uncomfortable, or begin to act as a counselor for their personal affairs. It is highly unprofessional. |
ipobarecriminals:I pray so. And thanks for being hopeful and open minded. |
webdevprof:Lol, you don't even know where I am from and you are talking about my own people. It makes you sound stupid. Meanwhile, "E le nu" was not meant as a compliment. Rather people from my south south part of the country tend to see you guys as noise makers, always threatening and making mouth ( Ma gba e leti, ma gba e l'oju) with no real action. |
dawnomike:Take responsibility for your actions and for your child. But you must not marry the mother of your child just cos you impregnated Her. But remember she remains the mother of your child. |
ipobarecriminals:Continue. Like the consequences of Tinubu's health issues and other inconsistencies will only be felt by those you call "pigs". |
nlfpmod:Working Visit outside Nigeria. Very funny. They should continue fooling themselves. How long will Tinubu hide from Nigerians? |
victorVIC1:What's the alternative? Ask your kid to take a beating. Well, I don't know about fighting , but I think it is ideal to train your kids to stand up from themselves and never back down, even from a bigger bully. Because even if they lose the fight, they can keep their self respect. And the Bully will not try them again. Focus on teaching your kids self defense and immobilizing skills. They don't necessarily have to fight back. But they should never run away in fear of their peers. This is how they build self confidence. If the bully is an autistic kid then it's a special case and the above may not apply. However your kid should learn how to operate out of empathy and not hate or fear. You on the other hand need to talk to that kids mother; not as a fight or complaint but as one parent to another. Ask how she deals with it and she thinks your kid can deal with it. All the best. |
webdevprof:As a Yoruba Man? Ok now, like your people say "E le nu" |
ItooWorWor:And what is Nonsensical about it? Are you scared? |
Karlovych:The way you people throw tribal slurs, without thinking of the larger negative impact that such generalizations can have. Continue, that is how Rwanda started, and they are still recovering till today. |
Kellie069:So that He can get more information on how to backstab Ote$. |
IkeIgboNile:Every Man gets to this point, where He needs to assert Himself as His own Man in the eyes of His Father. It is not always frictionless. You have made your point. Good thing you said you are not angry. Now you need to Go and see Him face to face. Find out why He is angry without having any agenda of His own. Whatever the issue is , let him know you feel sorry that He feels that way. And take responsibility for any thing that you May have done or not done. You and your Father must not see eye to eye on everything , in order for you to be at peace him. The longer you wait, the harder it will become. Don't let it get to six months. Don't let it become too late. |
lhordspy:Going by last year's statistics , I predicted that his year would be the worst. But even I am shocked as we are not even half way through the year yet. |
eepeepook:Well, as far as His kids are concerned, the same blood flows through your veins, and the same natural rights should accrue to them as with any other legitimate child of His. Besides , they did not have a say in the matter. Love always conquers all. |
Recruitetech:These are the top soft skills employers have been looking for forever , not just today. They apply not only to work, but also play and life with friends and family. |
EKONGKING:When Premium Times leaked Obi's private conversation did you call it slander? Go and check the meaning of "Slander" in a Law Dictionary, first, before you come and post about it. |
benjackugo:Anyone who collects 17k naira is not a "Chef". Just a hungry cook that is desperate for work. Or a desperate job seeker willing to do anything for work, including cooking, and not because it is their core skill. |
WriterNig:What about the older articles before this old one ? All we know is that this current Ukraine war was crudely and miscalculatedly started by Russia . They could have at least waited for A more opportune time, but for this one, the blame is all on Putin and He has only succeeded in weakening His position and driving more of His Neighbour's into joining NATO. Even their strongest ally China is reaching out to Ukraine. The war is obviously not making sense any more. |
ijustdey:She should inform Her Husband that it is whatever the Man gives Her that the Woman would incubate. In simple English; it is the Man that determines the Sex. So if anyone should be beaten for what they cannot control, it is the Man. But he deserves mercy because he is suffering from low self esteem that is driven by ignorance and/or an undue influence of ignorant societal expectations. All of this made worse by a complete lack of understanding the purpose of marriage, which is less about conception and more about companion-ship. Marry someone that you don't mind growing old with, even if you don't have children. ( If it is about children , you don't need marriage to have them) |
Frank688915:Which competence has Tinubu proved? Which developmental investment has Tinubu ever made? I am waiting please. |
Timmi:You forgot to talk about the part where they said the property was linked to fraud.( Why is Tinubu always linked to fraud? ) please talk about that part, we are waiting. |
Frank688915:Is that all you are going to say to the news. Is Bloomberg a Nigerian or a Nigerian company that is wailing? You are not even willing to think about the implication of Tinubu's son having 11 million to buy a house linked to fraud? Or you don't know that the impact of such looting of our commonwealth will not select between the wailers and hailers? Please come up with a more reasonable and thinking response to the allegations that this evasive one. |
donself9:It is He who alleges that must prove. I have not made any claims here, so try something else, while you are trying to evade the question. |
