Look at what happened to the late doctor in a state hospital run by a state government! Why should they continue when the Lagos state government has refused to do the needful

Does the Hospital have a CMD?
Does the Hospital has a Director of Works?
Is there a department incharge of the Loft maintenance?

If the Doctors are overworked and underpaid, they should please resign ASAP and let Us know we don't have Doctors. But going on strike and expecting pay is a no-no.

Doctors collect 100k for Uniform allowance but Nurses get 20k but Doctors have never think of speaking for others professionals in their industry not to talk of Public school Teachers who earn meager salaries.

That lady's death is totally avoidable if the management of that hospital has done the right thing by replacing that elevator with a new one.
That elevator has been faulty since 2018,yet they ignore it.
You can't imagine what the parents and relative of that lady will be going through now .
