If you believe in God and his teachings there is nothing as something being too late. God according to the fairy stories is ever forgiving, so if he does by some slim chance exist and what everybody says about him is true, he is going to forgive you anyway, so what is the problem?

If they kept them handcuffed to Canadian police officers for the duration of their stay I do not see an issue with them going or being allowed a visa
