Maadoo:Is this phantom website she ran that is currently trending or a facebook group page that is still existing? |
hoMegas:I remember watching that drama then. I think it was 1999 or thereabout on his Atmosphere for Miracles programme on TV. He started with his snake movement "follow me" command, then later proceeded to ask what the colour of his tie was, and the healed guy responded that it's blue. I was aghast as to how a fellow that was blind from birth would know what the colour blue looks like. It was a poorly scripted drama that should have been ended after the snake movement, taking it further with the question on colour was the overdo that revealed the sham and scam. CC: Toma2 |
Just imagine he was a Northerner who did not "merit" his appointment because he only got it out of quota system? In this case, he was from the section of the country who only merit to be appointed to all positions, yet he was sleeping on the job in the public glare. |
Onyi22:Is Mikano not someone's business? Is Silverbird or Genesis Cinemas not someone's business. Is Quilox or Cubana club not someone's business? Is Gotel and TVC not someone's business? Have they not all been affected by the current global pandemic, and would they not be affected by the global recession that is bound to happen? Do you know how many business owners wished they were salary earners during this period, and do you know how many of those salary earners wished they were federal civil servants now? The reality is that economic doldrum can impact anyone at anytime. |
This is a very good opportunity to employ to eradicate the NYSC scheme like the Almajiri system is being eradicated. I expect the FG to further announce that the NYSC discharge or exemption certificate is no longer a requirement for job application. |
Hahahaha! This impostor of the late Nnamdi Kanu want to come back to Afara Ibeku like the late clown did, to entertain villagers with fables on how he will go to Abuja and return with Buhari's head? The late idiot dared the military to enter his "Biafra" that they will not return alive, yet he was the one who fled with his parents, and none of father mother and child returned there alive. |
Big Church is fighting back for survival. Like Big Oil Like Big Tobacco Like Big Guns Big Church has to do everything to keep its commercial success alive, even if they have to misinform and threaten. |
Will truth find enough oxygen to breathe on this topic? |
Ok |
The Commissioner of Police in Rivers State, Joseph Mukan had assured that the movement of those transporting foods items, including livestock to Rivers State will no longer be disrupted. So Wike has been made irrelevant so easily? Let Wike focus on destroying the livelihood of Rivers indigenes, while the FG focus on the seamless movement of essential commodities into the state. |
Odingo1:Mali and Niger have access to River Niger. Have Mali and Niger traveled through Nigeria with their ships to access the sea? Biafra is not only landlocked from the sea like Mali and Niger, but Biafra has the extra misfortune of being landlocked inside another country called Nigeria, just as Lesotho is landlocked inside South Africa. This is a case of double wahala for dead body
|
Below is River Niger is an international waterway, many of you are plan dumb
I like your map showing the pathway of the River Niger whose delta into the sea is in Nigeria. Can you please avail us the information on how many times Niger Republic and Mali have used the river Niger to ship imports/exports from/to the sea through Nigeria, since Nigeria is the country through which River Niger connects with the Sea? Or is it that Mali and Niger do not know of their rights to use the international waterway the way Biafrans plan to use it like their birthright without recourse to the country that will be traversed to ultimately access the sea? |
Very educative. I have always been fascinated with farming while growing up, but never been keen to really delve into it. Maybe someday I will follow up on it. |
"Nobody beat anybody. Most of the people that were lying down in the hospital...Governor brought food for Eleme people on Sunday, that's the same day they demolished the hotel, those people (people lying down in the hospital) were there sharing the food, every ward went with their own". |
Nairalandmonika:Exactly! Now you catch my drift. I am always willing to contemplate that Justice is not really served by the verdict of a law court. In this case Justice was served that an accused, whether eventually guilty or innocent, was denied his freedom without any ongoing prosecution, just because some idiot was waiting on the daughter of the President to return only to swear an affidavit that she never made a complaint. |
Nairalandmonika:Exactly what I said. I am very open to any possibility in a case like this. Justice doesn't always mean innocence. Sometimes the innocent get a wrong and bad judgement, just as the guilty also get favourable judgements too. The victim is a victim in this case because he had rights that were not regarded by the DSS, who still could not prove anything. |
Ohizman73:Such a case and the subsequent cover-up, can ruin a Presidency in countries like America and the West. I trust America and their independent Special Investigator in a case like this that is remotely linked to the Presidency. Unlike this case were affidavits are being sworn by different parties that are contradicting each other, thereby indicating someone has already committed perjury in this matter. In the US, the chronology of events would have been established already. By now, the DSS and the Presidency would have started pissing their pants, while everyone would have started snitching on everyone to find themselves a soft landing. Eventually, what will incriminate anyone of status was not the initial matter being investigated, but the attempted cover-up to prevent a proper investigation. In a twinkle of an eye, someone is resigning, someone is committing "suicide", someone is being impeached or resigning or announcing that they won't be contesting for a new upcoming term. |
He might not be validly linked to Davido also. Some people wake up every morning to lead a life of deceit both online and offline, then sleep in the night and dream some more about a false reality. Their only true reality is their empty bank account and the myriad of calls from their creditors asking for the long promised balance payment. |
ZIAZI:Dormant numbers are always reassigned by all networks. I presume it is the practice everywhere. The issue here is that upon realizing from call he had been receiving, that the line formerly belonged to Hanan Buhari, the new user was alleged to have proceeded to use the line to perpetrate identity fraud by posing as the old user to defraud unsuspecting callers of the old users. However, it seems even the DSS is not immune from the uselessness that is typical of every government institution in Nigeria. They simply were unable to work according to the law as regards the human right of an accused. Also, they could not prove the fraud for which they claim to have made the arrest. The Judge should have awarded nothing less than the Naira equivalent of $1m, and such red money after being paid, should have been deducted over 5 years from the salaries of the DSS team that handled the matter, as a reminder that their stupidity is very costly. |
This case should be investigated further for the truth as per the abuse by the DSS, the Presidency, Hanan Buhari on the one hand, and about a possible fraudulence by the SIM card user. We have tried so hard to have a functioning democracy with the rights of the citizenry guaranteed, but some useless bastards just love to abuse their office and encroach on the rights of others to exist. Shame on the lying DSS who could not prove their claim that a lawful Nigerian citizen was using the SIM card he validly bought to defraud Nigerians. MTN no send DSS message and had every right to reassign the dormant line, Hanan also claimed she no send DSS message as she never filed any complaint, so who is that idiotic bastard at DSS that sent himself a message he could not defend? Do they just roam about aimlessly looking for who to intimidate, or they are trying to cover the tracks of someone who actually reported a crime that a whole useless DSS could not properly investigate and have solid facts to lock up a possible fraudster? Someone at DSS needs to be fired and criminally prosecuted. I hate injustice, worse still, I hate incompetence. |
modaink333:https://www.nairaland.com/5857558/buhari-meets-service-chiefs-presidential News lately? Didn't you see the news about the National Security Council meeting that was held just today with Buhari and Osinbajo in attendance? Maybe you haven't been following the news for a whole month, not to know the many activities that Osinbajo has been involved in that have been widely publicised. |
ludd2018:You need to be rehabilitated from the IPOB zombie plague that has fried your brain. |
Who the hell is this Arab refugee in Australia? What does he know about the inner workings of the Nigerian presidency, besides what he is told to reveal by his frustrated PDP media hawks employers? |
So Jonathan was the dictator then that later became hero of democracy because he was sacked from office and he accepted his sack? |
Demmtek:Blame the corrupt government agencies who have turned approval to a means of corruptly enriching themselves. |
GamalNasser:Very true. |
seunmsg:Exactly! Azikiwe betrayed the Yorubas in Lagos who voted him into office as their representative in parliament. All Azikiwe saw of them was a vehicle to power and not for service. Yes, Awolowo as Premier and AG as the ruling party, frustrated Azikiwe's plan B to proceed to the Federal parliament as a representative from the Western Region and delegate of the opposition NCNC. However, Azikiwe refusing to stay in the West and play his role as leader of opposition when his federal bid failed, but suddenly realizing he could go to the East to cause trouble that would result to a new elections for which he would contest and still lead the party from the East, is what political greed or unbridled ambition is made of. |
Dikebuka:What game did Awolowo play? Zik won his seat from Lagos, Awolowo won his seat from the Western region. Action group already had majority seats without the few independents who were free to decide which party to caucus with, and some chose AG while some chose NCNC. It is on record that only 2 NCNC parliamentarians crossed carpet, an insignificant number to AG's already overwhelming majority. Till today, the NCNC politicians like Azikiwe crying foul over their failure to outdo AG, cannot tell us the names of their "many" party members that cross carpeted to AG. The colonial government conducted the elections, and did not find any fault with the victory of AG, and the NCNC never successfully contested the legality of the victory of Action Group. So why all the unnecessary wailing? |
It would have been termed a betrayal of the Igbo if Eyo Ita was Igbo and Azikiwe was Ibibio. Infact, it would have been termed tribal politics, without regard to the constitutional crisis that was the objective of Azikiwe. However, having lost out in the West to the majority seats validly held by the Action Group of Awolowo, what stopped Azikiwe from playing his minority and opposition leader role in the same Western Region he so much wanted to rule? Why did he make a quick dash back to the Eastern region like a lost soul who finally discovered his father's village? |
Why not watch the below video and see that Wike does not need just judgement, but condemnation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tPsTZRZmSe0 I watched the call-in interview. Really smart questions from the interviewers. So, -Hotel is owned by Gogobari Needam, not the PDP youth leader that is wanted. -Land was bought for N3.5m from Ngede family and occupied 2.5 plots. -The land CofO was still under processing, with appropriate documents already filed with the relevant state ministry. -Hotel had 21 rooms and 3 generator units. -Hotel employed 17 staff. -Only 3 staff were present in the location during the lockdown to secure the property from burglars. No guests were lodged in the hotel. -The owner understands that there was "political rancour between 2 warring sides" that involved the PDP youth leader, which did not occur at his hotel or involve his hotel staff, but for which reason he believes his hotel was demolished. -The hotel manager has been arrested and has been unreachable since the hotel was taken by the state government. -The owner of the hotel lives in Lagos and called in from Lagos, and has been receiving advice on what next steps to take over this demolition. These are the facts from the interview. |
