I think it's not a big deal for you to let him know your earning, you guys are married for God sake, you shouldn't keep your earnings as secret. The only thing I know is that some women spend their money on frivolities, which we don't like.

For instance, my wife bought an item we don't really need at this period and made it a surprise for me, I made her to understand, you don't spend anyhow in this coro period, besides that's not our priority for now.

So sometimes, men need to advise our wives on prudent spending and the need to save.

In the Uni, trekked from my house to school for lectures whenever I'm broke.

Had a room mate who wouldn't bother to eat anything from morning till night whenever we were without food stuff, and will be calm all through so much so that he would still be active in class. He wouldn't beg for food or money sef. I guess he's used to fasting during Ramadan period, he's a Muslim while I'm a Christian, I don't joke with food.

Let me modify, one big lesson I learnt from that my friend till today is contentment, Yusuf was a definition of contentment, he was always contented with whatever he had, no complain, always hoping for a better situation, will not beg you for anything no matter what. He dislikes begging. Thank God, we're both doing well for ourselves.

God, please help my second state of origin, let the evil doers die a shameful death. Did my NYSC in sokoto state and felt very much at home in just one year, mixed with the indigenes, stayed late at odd hours without any prob, it was relatively peaceful. Have been in Niger State for 6 years now and still haven't felt at home. I'm from Ekiti anyways.
