ere are people who prefer to buy ready made cloth and there are those who prefer to buy the material and see it according to their size. First they measure themselves using a meter rule then they cut off some pieces of material from the one bought in the market.

As we grow older, our body size increases. We need bigger tops. We do not keep forcing the smaller clothes on ourself. We will either feel uncomfortable or the cloth will get torn. We simply discard it or give it to our younger one and go get another cloth that fits us.

Unfortunately ,we do not adapt the same concept to our belief. As a kid, we are told what to believe,vwe do not choose them because we are too young to make decision. As we grow older, we begin to outgrow our religion. Certain belief no longer appeal to us . We have more questions than answer. We are told to rely on faith. This is the way the religion want to tie is down to it . Like a teacher who loves his student so much he does not want her to get promoted. He threatened his student with punnishnent to prevent his moving to next level. Such love cannot be in the best interest of the child. Religion threaten it’d adherent with hell to keep them glued together.


This is a sign that we need to try another cloth.we do not owe our religion any form of loyalty. We need to let go in search of better belief. Stagnant water attracts mosquitoes. One who stays so long in one belief would have a retarded manner of thinking.

We can go to the library or internet and read alternative religion practice.we can choose one that suits us and explore.Trying a new religion is a faster way for behavioral Change.

Every new religion sprung up from a founder who was not comfortable with existing religion of his time. Bobby Henderson invented pasterfaranism. Buddhism broke out as a social protest against Hinduism caste system. Jesus deviated from Judaism. Each religion was created out of dissatisfaction wilh existing status quo.

Each of the founder created a religion that fit their personalities. As long as you know yourself, you can create your religion that suit whom you are. The involve eradicating the part of the beliefs that do not appeal to your values., authentic self.Jesus valued forgiveness ahead of revenge. Love became his central theme. Buddha focused on how to stop world suffering . Detachment was his answer .

Each one of us can focus on any part of the world and try to make it better .we must not go about preaching our new religion to others . Living it in our daily activities is Paramount. As long as we keep wearing the garment of another founder, we will not be truely comfortable.we remain inauthentic. What fits A cannot fit B. This leads to hypocrisy

The senior pastor rejected and they angrily left to form their own church where they would be the one taking decision. These want to be in charge of every decision making process. They appoint the choir leader, welfare head,drama coordinator etc. They will tell the leader the song to sing . Whoever disagrees with him is removed and replaced with a O-Yes members who agrees to all he says .. Questioning them is the same as challenging their a ithority .


They hardly take correction.Criticise their action and they curse you and your generation. Insult them and get beaten .They are easily identified by their tendency to shout while preaching despite the numerous microphone and loudspeaker. They love to issue command..They are annoited and you are not and that makes them superior to you.They can be proud ,pumpous and boastful.. Their favorite Bible verses are Touch not my annoited and do my prophet no harm and The kingdom of God suffereth violence…….taketh it by force. The first verse prevents you from criticizing him while the later gives him licence to be violent.

The church buildings these days are filled with a lot of people who're not there for God at all but for other reasons.

How many people do I know that have lost their phones in the church?

One was a choir leader and he stopped going to that church not long afterwards. I don't if that experience was factorial in that.

The first way to do this is by listening to his words. God calls for a reason . He calls to deliver a message. He sentMoses to tell pharoah to “let my people go “. The miracles he performed were secondary. He sent to teach the laws which did not exist at that time.Jesus was sent to preach the message of salvation to the people. We can guage the zeal to spread the message. God-sent pastors move from one place to another. They are on the look out for people who are yet to receive the message. They teach the people for some time and leave to teach another group. They are like doctors searching for patients.They do not wait for members to seek them . They understand that whoever consciously seek the church is half saved. They go for those that are not in church .They are missionaries. Missionaries do not stay in a place forever. Does your general overseer still engage in street evangelism? Does he assign the task to members? Is he too big and busy for that? How often does your general overseer go to the northern part of the country. Are they scared of getting killed. Would he rather build a fifty thousand capacity auditorium in the south where Christianity is the dominant religion.

God-sent pastors are willing to thrive despite opposition. They do not succomb to the risk. They are willing to die in other to spread the message. Moses was a wanted man after killing the Egyptian, yet he courageously walked up to him to deliver the message. Jesus knew he would be killed. He persistently spread the good news. The early left their comfortable homes to a poor continent -Africa to spread the message. These missionaries died of mosquitoes. More missionaries trooped in. The urge to spread the message is stronger than their love for their own life. Can your General Overseer live in the North with for five years in other to strengthen the faith of Christians there? Can he die for the message?

There is absolutely nothing wrong for one to decide to build his own church. It is a free world. What is wrong is telling members that you are God sent. That is deceit. Lying in the name of God should be discouraged

Go to any school and ask the students to identify the subject they dislike most. Many of them will chorus “mathematics”. What makes student harbour a passionate hatred for this subject still remains a mystery for most educationist  .

. Many reasons have been proposed . One which seems to be overlooked is the fact that students do not feel connected to the subject in anyway  . Imagine spending hours finding ” x” when “x” is neither your brother or your sister only to search for “x the following day. It is not only routinal but boring. The student begins to wonder whether to use the same formula to find his biro.  This is because the teacher failed to explain to him the application of these formulas in real life situation.

Many mathematics teachers were top in their classes when they were students. When they are not learning in class, they are studying in the library. They spend little time socialising  and having fun     . They grow up to become an expert in mathematics but deficient in relating same to the student . They begin a topic by introducing an abstract theory and leave the student wondering how this theory concerns his life.

They do not deserve to be blamed.They only repeated what was handed over to them by their teacher  . Garbage in garbage out. They can choose to create a new tomorrow.

We can have outstanding mathematician but terrible teachers of mathematics. Great mathematics Teachers begin by stimulating the interest of the student. Students who are less than fourteen years of age are emotionally focused. They tend to feel more and rationalise less .

Simultaneous Equation. : Divide the children into groups of 4 .Ask tleaxh group to go to four different shops . Give each group #200 to buy pencil and biro  .total amount of both items  should be six. Compare each group answer. . Solve on the board. Which group got it right?

Speed : Take student outside  Measure any point A about 100m apart. Get each student to walk fast or run from point A to B and get another student to record time against the student. After each student must have done dat,take them back to the class and calculate the speed of three students. The remaining students should calculate their own  walking speed.

Volume of cylinder : Tell student to bring any empty milk ,or tomatoes container to class. Using ruler, they watch you measure the height and Diameter and repeat the same for their container. After that, you calculate the volume or area using formula method and watch them do the same  .

Average : each student is given a company name and asked to go to the library and get the prices of shares for nine consecutive days.They are to find the moving average of five

One way we make mathematics boring is that we do not involve the student in getting the data. We spoon feed them the data . In real life,they have to know how to get the data themselves.  Getting them to measure it themselves makes them engaged. One parent told me his child measures everything he can lay his hands on at home . After measurement, he would begin to calculate  . Things got out of hand when the television fell off. These method make class lovely, children interesting and active participant in the learning process, .Soon children will begin to love the subject

If marriage were compulsory, Jesus would have done so.I am not against the idea of getting married. I am only saying marriage is not for everyone. The assumption that one can only be fulfilled while married is false . Many propeller of this fallacy quote the Bible to back up their claim.

We need someone to lean on . Marriage is a concept created by man to bring order in the society. No one has been arrested for choosing to remain single.


Many of us get married because we need kids. There are many orphans down there craving to get married. Go adopt them . Except off course you are searching for your own child to shower selfish love .

Everyone is meant to have children. Eli the priest was not meant to have children as that would disturb his mission on Earth so his wife womb was shut for years. Having a wife would not affect his goal. After persistent prayer, he finally had a child. He had to choose between disciplining his children or spending time in the church. He chose the later. His children became wayward.

This brings me to the only reason to get married .We should get married when getting married enables us to achieve our life purpose.

Jesus knew his mission on Earth .He knew it involves wandering from one place to another spreading the message. The stress of travelling with his family all the Tim would slow down his movement. He could not afford to take them to the mountain and through the sea. He knew his message would invoke the wrath of the pharasees who would happily transfer their aggression to his wife and children . Peter who was already married had to leave his wife behind to follow Jesus. His wife must have felt sad as a result. His children must have been angry with their father for being unavailable. It is better not to get married than to abandon your partner midway. one had to pace way for another.


Marriage is settling down . Those whose purpose involve moving around have no business settling down.A Catholic priest could be posted to three different countries in a year as part of missionary work. Relocating their family all the time would prove cumbersome. This is why Catholic priest do not get married. I am not condemning clergy who get married. I only ask that each should examine the nature of his calling. One who is fixed at a particular place to grow an already planted church can marry. Missionaries who go about converting people and planting churches can abstain.
