You pay rent of 400 for a decent room in a shared apartment.
200 for feeding
If you have a car you spend like 50pounds a month to fuel it and if not you spend like 100pounds on public transport.
300 for other expenses like your phone data and other stuffs..
Now let's talk about the rent.
Do you know that paying 400pounds a month is very cheap if you consider the amenities included in this rent?
1. Gas and 24/7 electricity included and if you want to get that in naija you will spend about 200k a month to have steady electricity that will power all your appliances...
2. 24/7 blazing 4g or 5g Internet that allows you to video stream non stop for a whole month all. Included in your rent... This you can't even get in naija and any attempt to get any Internet that will let you video stream for a month non stop will cost you over 100k a month.
3. You get drinkable water and gas to cook and lots more..
Now tell me if the 400pounds is not cheap and the system even allows you make so much money to pay the rent unlike naija that you will sweat to even pay 200k a year due to hardship.

Unfortunately when it comes to the issue of bringing one's spouse overseas to live together it is always a tough decision but at the same time you will be faced with very funny options of either risking leaving her behind in Nigeria and ''possibly' expose her to one randy guy helping you to do the do or you bring her to join you and bare the possible harsh consequence.
So anytimes guys ask me i always advise them to allow the wife have like two kids and let those kids grow up to certain ages where they are independent a bit like say 10 to 12 years and this is because of the serious task of raising children overseas.
At that time, she will most likely be calm enough to join you along with the kids but bringing a fresh wife without kids to join you is kinda riskier.
But one thing i have come to realize is that if a couple have been together in naija before either or both of them travelled out, there is a very great possibility of a trouble free marriage even if they live abroad but you see that type where a foreign based man or woman now sees a lady and thinks it is love...well...
