Removal of the oil subsidy remains the only valid option for us without any doubt. My concern however is that whatever is saved from removal of oil subsidy is very likely to end up in some private pockets or accounts. I am in full support of the removal but only after our local refineries are fully operational at 100%. Many Nigerians can't afford oil at dollar rate especially with the naira loosing value on a daily basis.

You guys still don't get it.

The big question is why have we not put the refineries into work all these years?

Imagine the ijebus bringing cassava to Lagos to process to ijebu garri and now take it back to ijebu land to sell at increase prices with the excuse that the facilities to process cassava to garri in ijebu land is faulty.

these guys steal our crude oil through exporting and this is why they refused to repair as well as create more refineries yet they still suffer the citizens to pay for their own greed,lapses and mediocrity.

The foolishness of our ladies is solely responsible for the way most of them have been rubbished by men.

Most of our ladies have been married and divorced several times before actually doing a marriage ceremony with a man which they foolishly see as the main marriage.

I have seen a a lady who was with a man for years and she concluded that they were just live in lovers.

I also know a lady who had a legal wedding and a good introduction ceremony yet left her union after some years and claims she was not really married to this man simply because no traditional wedding have been done and i can only imagine the shamelessness of this lady in question and several others with same mindset.

A man approaches you for a date and you gladly agree which of-course is very ok and normal but then i keep asking;when you date what exactly do both of you do?

He sleeps with you as though he is your hubby yet you still call it a date.

You cook for him like a wife would do and yet you call it dating.

Most times you sleep together in same bed like married couples do, do his laundry maybe and you virtually do what married people do YET YOU CALL IT DATING.

Then probably after a couple of months or years he divorces you even before he "marries" you and you call him your ex boyfriend while in the real sense, he is actually your ex husband.

Anytime you agree to be with any man in a relationship, you have actually decided to(leave your parents and be united with him) and when he sleeps with you then both of you (HAVE BECOME ONE) thereby fulfilling this same scripture (Matthew 19:5)

Now if you are a lady reading this please be sincere and ask yourself;How many men have i been married to in the past?

I think this is a wake up call for all of us to train our daughters to abstain from this lie from the pits of hell known as dating because this is the reason why we have more divorce cases as many ladies are usually hunted by their past dates and even when you date a man for 50years,it is still not a guaranty that both of you will have a happy marriage so why fool ourselves?

In my humble opinion this use and dump situation will continue until we return to the days of our parents where marir=tal union is far more important than marriage ceremony which is the main reason many guys use and dump ladies because most are not financially ready for marriage ceremony even if they are matured mentally and psychologically.

Some ladies have argued that they are not cheap hence the need for big wedding ceremony and i begin to wonder which is cheaper: getting laid as a girlfriend or getting married in a timely manner and ofcourse no one is ruling out a classy and expensive wedding if the funds are available.

Getting married and celebrating a marital union are two different things and since most Nigerian ladies have laid crazy emphasis on wedding ceremony and a big one at that rather than the main marital union,this has led to many guys just having fun sampling as many ladies as possible as they always say "im not ready for MARRIAGE CEREMONY NOW"

So,if you know your man is not financially ready to do a wedding ceremony then sit tight in your parents homes rather than foolishly give yourself to this guy that may end up dumping you anyways for a younger chic when he feels he is ready for a marriage ceremony.

I honestly do not see anything wrong in a young struggling jobless guy with a roof over his head coming for my daughter's hand in marriage.
