Look at the way they are handling the Oshiomole's Private secretary's murder case. Their recruitment process is so shabby. They need to be sieved and the chaff among them shown the way out, while the remnants should go for an intensive capacity building training. |
“I’d never have any political party in my life. I belong to God. I sat down at home when the CPC called and I accepted because I believe that there are still men who will rescue the country. Now I don’t have any political ambition. I’m now doing what I love to do most. Politics can only take away from me.”So it's now that he wants to go back to what he "loves to do most"? Why did he leave what he "loves to do most" for politics before? |
So he prefers looking like this? |
WTF. So Ugly |
Sahara reporters sef! When are you going to give us news of how OMOYELE SOWORE bangs his wife and mistresses? By the way, when did it become a crime to fall sick or seek medical attention? |
This picture is not necessary Abeg. The topic should have included a warning for viewer discretion. |

*solid*: 1025: how did u steal my opinion? most of these kidnappers only get mind but they no get sense. abeg, if u know them, tell them to keep the woman even when they have received the ransom to make sure the funds are not marked. So you guys are here supporting kidnappers and even given them ideas on how to succeed in their evil plans. I bet you guys are also kidnappers. I only have one advise for you and it's in form of a proverb: "Remove the monkey's hand from the pot of soup before it turns to the hand of a human being". 9icest: Nigeria needs a REAL leader. Not these confused fluzzies....Really? Where is your proof? slowpoke |
It's d duty of the father, mother, school teacher, Sunday-school teacher or Imam as the case may be. Grandparents also do a good job in this aspect. |
Most of those funny names could have sounded better in native languages. As for me, I'm giving my kids ROYAL names all the way: Chimeremeze, Chibueze, Ezekwesili, Okwesilieze, Ojiugoeze. |
I don't have to wait for any body to tell me that this must have been the handwork of the oppossition in a bid to cause people to ridicule the President. Afterall, the posters did not indicate the source or the sponsor of the advertisement. Nigerians should be smart enough to know this. Duh! ![]() |
I love the way she represented our country with her cross-cultural attires. I also love her brief introductions on the Nigerian States. She really did well. BTW, I think it's high time we Nigerians started appreciating good things. Those of you looking for more flesh, skin and booobs, why don't you go get married so that you will be looking at your wife's own free of charge. |
Wow! 3 gbozaas for the OP and the 2nd person to comment @Binger |
HOW |
bright007: So the igbo boys have expanded their base to Gombe state....Well the kidnapping business is really moving to the permanent site.Igbo hater. May God help you! |
Haba! Looking at most of the comments in this thread, especially on the first page of the thread, i can't help but ask: "What are we Nigerians turning into?" "When did we become this heartless?" Jesus Christ! How come people are jubilating and commending a crime as bad as kidnapping? This is really uncalled for. Don't tell me that we even have kidnappers among Nairaland members. This could be true o! Please, we Nigerians must have an attitudinal change. We must re-orientate our minds. We don't have to commend and condone criminality. Please, this is not what we are known for. How can we fight corruption and our corrupt leaders if our own minds and attitudes are most corrupt. We all must stand up and speak up against all sorts of criminality. |
I think it is good for the media to be broadcasting what our leaders are doing or saying from time to time, so that the people would be aware of what their leaders are doing or saying. It doesn't matter who is involved, be it President or Governor. As for me, it's not a bad idea for NTA or AIT to broadcast the governor's activities or announcements. |
I love reading these kind of facts about years/ months. Interesting. |
Of course, you don't need to be told. Some of these half baked journalists publish all sorts of unconfirmed and biased reports all in the bid to draw attention to their blogs, newspapers or magazines. Honestly, they need serious training. |
hrmkz: Watch out- petrol @ N200 per ltr! God purnish GEJIf the filing stations decide to sell petrol at N200 per litre, it's of their own selfish interest and not GEJ-induced. He has made it clear time without number that he has no plans of increasing fuel price and that there is provision for fuel subsidy in the pls get ur facts right next time u want to spit trash. |
talk true: Is it the same group that claims responsibility for SARS, Abuja attack or a third group coming upIt's the same o |
I don't just get it at all, is it that some Muslims do not read and understand their Quaran? When did the Quaran justify the mixing of religious obligations with political/diplomatic issues? Na wa o for illiteracy |
President Goodluck Jonathan has urged Nigerians to forget the current challenges, confronting the country, pledging his administration would perform better in 2013. He said the New Year would better the lots of Nigerians in all aspects and urged Nigerians not to lose hope because he had resolved with his cabinet to make significant changes. The president gave the assurance at the foundation laying of the Living Faith Foundation’s Bible College in Kaduna. “Let me assure all of you and, indeed, all Nigerians, that 2013 will be better for us than 2012 in all aspects of the nation’s history. The New Year shall be better for us in terms of job creation, wealth creation and improved security, among others,” he said. President Jonathan said although the changes might seem to be slow in coming because of the tedious processes involved, they would soon be manifesting in forms of better wellbeing for the people. He said he was aware of the doubts Nigerians were expressing about his government because of challenges. “Sometimes, challenges make people doubt the sincerity of government but I am confident that God knows everything,” he added. Making reference to Job in the Bible, who lost everything, Jonathan said God wanted Nigerians to learn some lessons from current challenges, noting that God meant well for the country. While assuring the citizenry that the improvement being witnessed in power supply would be sustained, the president said his wish was that Nigerians could live without buying generating sets. He said his administration should be able to generate enough power so that small scale businesses could thrive. “Small-scale businesses, such as barbing salons, cannot continue to buy generators to operate and break even. My wish is for Nigerians not to have generating sets.” On security challenges in the North, President Jonathan said law enforcement office was working hard to end the tide. He added that having sanitised the electoral process, his administration was also intervening massively in road construction, upgrading of airports and railway development. On a lighter note, there are two similarities between Peter Odili and GEJ 1. Both of them love wearing hats 2. Both of them are from the south-south/ Niger-delta. So, me i'm not seeing the big deal in who emerged as Yaradua's running mate. The difference should be in character. So Peter, sorry Sir |
BBPREYEgarri: Pls who knows the recipe for egusi soup? After quoting the already long thread, this was all you could post. Something entirely different from the topic of discourse. It's high time you grew up |
IT SEEMS THAT ALL THESE BIASED PEOPLE THAT ARE HERE CRITICISING THE WOMAN ARE NOT AWARE OF THE AMOUNT OF PRESSURE THAT POLITICIANS AND GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS MOUNT ON HEADS OF AGENCIES WHENEVER THEY ARE RECRUITING. WHEN YOU CHECK THE AMOUNTOF THE PRESSURE, ONE WOULD HAVE NO OPTION THAN TO OBLIGE. SHE MAY NOT HAVE BEEN THE ONE THAT GAVE THE SLOTS, IT'S DEFINITELY THOSE POLITICIANS THAT INSISTED ON HAVING SO-SO-SO NUMBER OF PEOPLE RECRUITED FOR THEM. CAN YOU IMAGINE GOODLUCK JONATHAN'S MOTHER ALSO HAVING SLOTS! EVEN THIS FED CHARACTER STUFF NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED BECAUSE YOU CAN'T GIVE SENSITIVE JOBS TO HALF-BAKED GRADUATES AND UNCIVILIZED PEOPLE ALL IN THE NAME OF FEDERAL CHARACTER. WHOEVER IS FIT FOR THE JOB SHOULD BE GIVEN THE JOB, NO MATTER WHERE THEY COME FROM. ABEG LET THAT HAUSA-MAN-LED COMMITTEE ON FED CHARACTER LEAVE THE WOMAN ALONE. THEY SHOULD ALLOW HER TO RETIRE IN PEACE. JUST 3 MONTHS TO HER REIREMENT, THEY ARE LOOKING FOR ALLEGATIONS TO TARNISH HER IMAGE. IS THIS HOW SHE DESERVES TO BE PAID BACK AS SHE IS RETIRING? |
silvaspecs: Or u could buy her a carton of chi-exotic or five-alive, if ur budget isn't real big.Nice suggestion |
My candid suggestions you can chose from are: Crayfish like some one suggested. OR: Reasonable quantity of stock fish (okporoko). OR: Cloth- Hollandais or quality lace or quality brockade. If you are going for the cloth, you may wish to top it with btwn 3-5k, tell her it's money for the sewing of the cloth. It's left for her to decide what to do with the money. The addition of money is not compulsory though. But if it were to be me though, I'll add money to the cloth, for tailoring. Takia |
Awwww. Check out that little one in the first picture. See the way he's holding his Mamma! Cute little angel. |
dirtymoney: omosexy. e no for too sad if we hear say you volunteer to upgrade the elevator system of the airport. still on contribuiting yur quota to the nation thingz...God bless you! I'm really disappointed in her. I can't imagine Omotola blaming technical fault on Stella Odua and the Nigerian Government as if they are the ones to fix the facilities. When everybody leaves his duties and waits on the go ernment to do everything, this is what you see. Lack of maintenance culture! This is what is killing many overnment facilities. People see government facilities as no man's business or no man's property. The earlier people realize that government emplaced facilities belong to all of us, and we all must do our part not to spoil them, the better for us. |
But Azonto is a Ghanaian dance. The Nigerian dance of the year is Etighi |
