Our Nigerian leaders, in all tiers, are very selfish. They don't want to carry out recruitment, they want to save the money for themselves but they are here raising alarm for some silly reason.

Many hospitals in Nigeria have been understaffed for years but they refuse to carry out public recruitment.

It had always been like that, you just noticed it.

I grew up seeing men gather to gossip in their popular joints in the village. Then I came to the city and there is an all male gossip hangout near my house along the road.

Infact when I was University there were some scandals that started in school because of male gossip.

You can change your circle of friends to very busy men that never have time to sit and gossip.

Data Entry is not difficult... Some people actually learn and master it on the job. You can also take free courses online (like on alison.com)

Virtual Assistant refers to a range of work which can often include Data entry... While some clients on Upwork and Freelancer might require some proof of experience, others don't... They just need your eagerness to work and learn as well a great work ethic.

What you need is the ability to attract these gigs both part-time and full-time... This can be taught by a mentor or by professionals who will also add you to online communities where you can learn from others and get jobs too.

One of such communities is Digital Witch... Look them up on Facebook, join and follow them. They organize monthly trainings for a token (I think between 18,000 and 25,000).

Nigerians happen to be the major set of people based abroad who are against their fellow countrymen joining them abroad... Asians, Middle Easterners, and Indians will not only counsel their people to come but also spend money and effort to make it easy for them to join them, and go the extra mile to help them settle in quickly.


It's in Freelancing I saw a lot of Nigerians hiding secrets of succeeding online from their fellow Nigerians while Asians and Indians literally pulled their people in droves into it.
