I don't understand why Kano and Katsina States will have more people voting than Lagos which I know is far bigger than either of these states. Or did their cow vote also?

There is virtually no news from Rivers State. The last news I heard is that Amaechi is trying to force the INEC agent to alter the results in favour of APC. In fact, the INEC agent said she is held hostage by security forces. Please who has update from Riverstate?

I thought every polling unit has party agents. PDP has a point but they should get the results from their party agents and collate. Then compare results. Any great disparities should be challenged.

Atiku is will clearly lead in 3 geopolitical zones, South South, South East and North Central. He will divide the vote in South West and North East. Buhari will only win clearly in North West. The bottom line is an overall win for Atiku.

I learnt the materials are yet to be distributed to the polling unit. So how will he snatch one when he has not even seen one. At least Army who shot him should have posted the snatched ballot box along side his dead body.

For truth is that Buhari gave the order to shoot those snatching ballot boxes so that at the slightest opportunity they can shoot even when a ballot box is not snatched.

They want to disrupt election in Riverstate and make it one of the remaining states election will be rescheduled. And when that happens, they will repeat what they did in Ekiti state.

President Muhammadu Buhari says there is a huge amount of foreign currency flooding the country intended to influence the outcome of the general election beginning on Saturday.

According to Garba Shehu, the president’s senior special assistant on media and publicity, Buhari raised the alarm during the federal executive council (FEC) meeting on Wednesday.

Shehu said the president accused some politicians of flouting money laundering regulations in their desperate bid to capture political power.

He, however, commended the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for successfully tracking the money in “millions of United States dollars”.

According to him, the EFCC success followed the presidential directive to investigative agencies to probe a number of high profile cases.

He reassured the nation of his administration’s determination to wage relentless war against money laundering and terrorist financing.

Buhari also reiterated his appeal to Nigerians, especially politicians, to place the interest of the “country above all others, as they troop out to cast their votes in the coming elections’’.

Shehu’s statement comes hours after the EFCC alerted Nigerians that there were fake dollar notes in circulation.
