Didijiji:Abdominal scan is what you can go to a medical laboratory or hospital to check this. I had non-alcoholic fatty liver years back. But with improved diet and regular exercise (especially those targeting the core), it went from grade 2 to grade 1 to no more fatty liver. |
This looks like he is helping the car company to advertise the vehicle. This is not him being spotted as this is an intentional video to promote the car. |
There is also the issue of the JAMB examination and the so called processes being in the past. So why was the JAMB rep saying "I must assert that our examination is scheduled to commence at 8:00am, not 6:00 am. While verification and other clearance processes begins at 6:30am , it is imperative that candidates are afforded adequate time to settle in before the exam begins." ? Emphasis on the words in bold. Shouldn't they have been was, began, was, were, and began respectively? |
The Cowry card has an app also. It currently has only the blue line rail terminals for booking the train tickets for trips in addition to using it for BRT bus trips. I hope they update it very soon to have the red line terminals so one can make payments for trips on it too. |
"Native Americans" 🤔 |
Sleekfingers:Why do you feel everyone lies about everything? Are you trying to tell us something? She is 40. She and my younger brother were class mates in secondary school; he too would be 40 in a few days . |

It isn't the cameras working as regards the issue of vehicle paper renewal defaults as it might seem. It's their database just reacting automatically when it does not see any renewal process in the system after expiration has taken place. You'll notice it doesn't work on vehicles registered outside Lagos. But the cameras probably capture other visible traffic violations and probably notify the offenders. |
Please check if the Traffic officials were right in stopping the Toyota Camry and SUV in this video. I believe they were wrong as both vehicles had crossed the traffic light before it turned yellow and finally red. The video of the event is attached. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GOoSb9ukbI?si=0FQG6fc3k8L0MXXj |
Very nice work here. Although, the scaling requires some work. Compare the size of the blocks/bricks to the size of the road.... ![]() |
I spent a night here in 2019 when my previous car broke down at Ogere on my way from Lagos to Ibadan one fateful evening. It was a relief to have such a place available to spend the night and find my way the following day. |
Do you have proof that what you thought was the reason for you losing the opportunity, is actually the reason? I can see another reason very clearly all over your post. |
Wow,.......Nice to see most of the old crew of the religion forum. Been ages since I came here/posted.Times have really changed. |
damilarelr, can you send the study pack to me as well? tosindg@live.com Thanks. |
Heb 7:17 (17) For he testifieth, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. Anybody who understands English language properly will know that this simply means: "For he testifies, you are a priest forever just like/similar to Melchisedec." This is very simple. I wonder why some people make mountains out of mole-hills. |
kola oloye: kola oloye:Are you not confused or confusing yourself Kola? You say you do not accept what others say about Jesus but what Jesus said about himself. Please tell me/us which book Jesus personally wrote by himself in the bible. The portions you choose to believe;quotations of Christ(which you refer to as "Let us hear from the Lord himself" ,were they written by Christ? Were they not still written by some other person other than Christ? Does that not put such quotations in the same standing as those quotations in the book of Revelation which you choose not to accept? Why believe one part and disbelieve others? |
Misoki:Nobody knows. You need to employ people to do the job of counting for you. No answer here. |
chiteny:Such CEO/CEOs would run into problems very soon as their accounting is not in order. After i get my salary and i pay tithe out of it, does who ever i dash money need to pay tithe again assuming he is an adult and of course there was not cost incurred before getting the money/gift from me?This is on the assumption that tithe payment of money is a requirement for Christians Without any cost incurred, that gift is an increase/profit and should be tithed from. It is a new situation for the beneficiary with no link to whatever has been done to the initial source. By the way, Pukkah ought to be answering this; not me. |
Pukkah: Pukkah:Very true and sweet posts. A lot of people don't think like this cos they're reasoning faculties have been conditioned very badly by the lies of their so many pastors. |
^^^ Superman is one example of a god. |
You know what? ![]() What is it with this claim of being gods sef? The people who the term of "Ye are gods." was originally applied to did not have Christ did they? So, what is this claim that once you have Christ, you become a god? It most likely means that without Christ; as indicated by the Psalm 82 verse, people were gods. Therefore, even today, without Christ a lot of people are gods. So what is this superior claim that these god-claiming people are making? They're trying to show that they're superior to others who do not have/believe in Christ or what? ![]() |
These are all the possibilities:- If nuclearboy had put a small 'g' in the title, it would have turned out as capital 'G'. That is obvious from every thread topic; the first letter of every word on a title is automatically capitalized. But, the capital 'G' in the body of the thread has got to be a mistake, right nuclear? 'Cos I guess agbaje made mention of 'god' and not 'God'. It also worthy to note that agbaje saying 'how I became god' is quite different from 'how I became a god'. The former quite indicates or points to the possibility that he was referring to 'God' which is a name of just one single personality who we all know and not a 'god'(the latter) which is not a name but a title of several personalities(real or unreal) that could be in existence and are definitely not 'God'. |
I see as I have always seen before that it is a useless effort trying to make sense to some people. Some things are hidden to some and can never be comprehended by them. Carry on with your smear crusade. Have fun. |
You're really beginning to sound pathetic. So because your intellect is unable to construct the simple statement I made above you now conclude that it's a quote from somewhere? I'm really sad for you. I guess it's because,by default, you cannot accept anything Christian to be right. |
^^ It is very simple. Christ used a fictional narrative based on real world scenarios to paint a situation of the result of rebelion and rejection. The king pronounced/declared judgment in verse 27 upon those who refused his reign over them. The parable was meant to higlight that judgment would come upon those who rejected Christ, rebelled against his gospel, were unfruitful with what he bestowed upon them; . . . . .while those who were accepting of the gospel/Christ and were fruitful would be rewarded. |
vedaxcool:It seems falsehood is the way you try to advance your arguments, right? The verses you quoted above are not complete to put the truth about the issue out properly. You missed out these parts:
(11) And as they heard these things, he added and spake a parable, because he was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of God should immediately appear. (12) He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return. (13) And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come. (14) But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us. (15) And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading. (16) Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds. (17) And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities. (18) And the second came, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained five pounds. (19) And he said likewise to him, Be thou also over five cities.
|
nopuqeater:You are shamelessly very dishonest, but,I guess it is due to your very limited ability in comprehending things which has been very obvious on this forum anytime you post. Look at this passage:
(2) And he taught them many things by parables, and said unto them in his doctrine, (3) Hearken; Behold, there went out a sower to sow: (4) And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up. (5) And some fell on stony ground, where it had not much earth; and immediately it sprang up, because it had no depth of earth: (6) But when the sun was up, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away. (7) And some fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up, and choked it, and it yielded no fruit. (8 ) And other fell on good ground, and did yield fruit that sprang up and increased; and brought forth, some thirty, and some sixty, and some an hundred. (9) And he said unto them, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. (10) And when he was alone, they that were about him with the twelve asked of him the parable. (11) And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables: (12) That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them. (13) And he said unto them, Know ye not this parable? and how then will ye know all parables? (14) The sower soweth the word. (15) And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts. (16) And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness; (17) And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word's sake, immediately they are offended. (18) And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word, (19) And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful. (20) And these are they which are sown on good ground; such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some an hundred.
If your horrible bias would allow you, it is easy to notice that every parable had a deeper meaning than the vague meaning transpired in its telling. This is very obvious where the disciples asked Christ to tell them the meaning of the parable he spoke above. |
vedaxcool:What is this dishonest man trying to say here? First of all, you quoted the wrong verse(s). Luke 19:27 is the correct verse. Secondly, that quote was from a parable which is a fictional story used to pass across a deeper meaning which is usually shielded from the likes of your kind. |
toba:toba, what is a title without a body? The body/thread throws more light on the title. You cannot seperate the title from the body. Therefore, the former title on this thread was in everyway refering to Michael jackson. Your argument that it could have meant another Michael or that the title is a different entity from the body is just a wild attempt at clutching straws. Let it go. |
nopuqeater:You keep on proving that you need fresh teaching in language; specifically the English language. Context is the surroundings, circumstances, environment, background, or settings which determine, specify, or clarify the meaning of an event.- - - wikipedia Context (language use): the relevant constraints of the communicative situation that influence language use, language variation, and discourse. - - - wikipedia Context: Discourse that surrounds a language unit and helps to determine its interpretation. - - - word web dictionary If you actually know what context means in relation to language and communication, you would not be making the dishonest statement you made above. But, based on your statement,it is very obvious you do not know what context is all about. |
Read this: Rom 3:7-8(AMP) (7) But [you say] if through my falsehood God's integrity is magnified and advertised and abounds to His glory, why am I still being judged as a sinner? ( And why should we not do evil that good may come?--as some slanderously charge us with teaching. Such [false teaching] is justly condemned by them.Rom 3:7-8(CEV) (7) Since your lies bring great honor to God by showing how truthful he is, you may ask why God still says you are a sinner. ( You might as well say, "Let's do something evil, so that something good will come of it!" Some people even claim that we are saying this. But God is fair and will judge them as well.and this: Rom 5:20 (20) Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: and finally this: Rom 6:1-2 (1) What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? (2) God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? and you will see that the conclusion you arrived at initially was very misplaced. |
🤔
