Music/Radio / Re: Rap Legends Of The Last Century - Drop Your Respect and Comments by tundewoods(m): 8:52pm On May 18, 2010 |
Come on AjanleKoko, You are seriously breaking my heart when you dare to go back in the days when rap was rap and not some freaking tattooed little kids all high on God knows what with autotuned voices like Lil' wayne , With out mentioning the greats like NWA ( Niggers with Attitude) or Tim Dog, EPMD and the then humble LLCool J. I still remember Pete Rock & CL smooths tribute song to one of the boyz in the group of Heavy D and the Boyz. Great days those were boy. Even Heavy D also held it down back then with Now we found love. Nice track. MC Hammer was kind of a confusion for me but he still made mad sense with Hammer time. Gangster rap's history will ever be complete without NWA's "Always into Something" or Public Enemy's Enemy of state. Goodness time flies like a UFO now adays, can't believe its already over 20 years that i've been listening to rap when it was still rap. |

Ok i believe it should no longer be news that Ibori has been caught in Dubai but what i am expecting to read in the news is that the Oghara youths have hired a bus or realistically chattered a jet to save their Hero & Mentor in the person of James Ibori in Dubai. So our beloved patriotic Oghara youths over to you, please we are waiting for you guys to perform again after all you guys blocked the roads leading to your village a couple of weeks ago. |

The sad part of this is that a Beetles will always remain a Beetle even if you love-vendor it with the body of Cadillac without changing that ancient engine behind it. |

Music/Radio / Re: Da Grin Involved In Serious Car Crash by tundewoods(m): 6:45pm On Apr 25, 2010 |
segan: Knock off it bro, I don't think there is any reason for you to start trading blame or getting all judgmental. For all we know that what could have caused the car crash may not have been as result of intoxication fro alcohol as we both you and i were not there neither have we access to what really transpired. Lets just learn from the incidence and pray God grants the family ,friends and fans fortitude to bear the loss. |

Politics / Re: Nigeria Urgently Needs A New Rail System To Facilitate Transport And Businesses by tundewoods(m): 5:03pm On Apr 11, 2010 |
Lagos state appears to be the only state with enough balls to take up this challenge and they have indeed shown their desire to deploy light rail system for Lagos state. Below are some links of previous discussions on NL with regards to light rail system to be implemented by Lagos state and other articles on wikipedia . https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-372396.0.html http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_light-rail_transit_systems |
Politics / Re: Yar'adua In Near Vegetative State - Oyedepo Aide Reveals- Liberty News, Abuja by tundewoods(m): 3:00pm On Apr 08, 2010 |
Come on guys lets try to rest this issue about Yar'adua and the clerics. We all know that Yar'adua will probably wouldn't be coming back to power as president. Jonathan is in charge and this currently all that matters atleast to ensure that he gets the Job pending done before 2011. my two cents |

Politics / Re: Jesus Sent Me ! Calabar Arik Terrorist. (reuters} by tundewoods(m): 1:30pm On Apr 06, 2010 |
quite an interesting thread this appears to have generated into. I think we should be fair and acknowledge the fact that no single religion has the sole rights to terrorist activities even though they seem to more pronouced among some particular religions. frosbel i don't think you can win the argument you are presently trying hard to put up. My advice is to simply rest it here. The guy thqt tried to run the cab into the arik plane in my own opinion may be a nut case hearing strange voices but we as christians certainly have our own fair portion of psychos |
Politics / Re: The North Does Not Recognise Jonathan As Ag President – Rimi by tundewoods(m): 12:40pm On Apr 06, 2010 |
Abubakar Rimi was a indeed a fine gentleman during his life time and probably one of the most unique and sincere politicians Nigeria has ever produced. This was a man that willingly resigned his post as the Governor of Kano state during the second republic. I think this man atleast deserves some respect. |

Music/Radio / Re: The Long Awaited "maga Need Pay" From Olusesi by tundewoods(m): 12:40pm On Mar 23, 2010 |
I advice you work on the hook again, repeating the same line over and over again usually makes tracks too monotonous. I suggest you should also try to improve on the drum and snare sequencing. It would be great if you couls have a live drum session for this tracks recording session. |

Music/Radio / Re: The Long Awaited "maga Need Pay" From Olusesi by tundewoods(m): 12:10pm On Mar 23, 2010 |
Your songs hook and chorus is not encouraging. Its sounds like the typical monotonous Nigerian chorus that are usually short of lyrics |
