Thank you for the clarification you please with me the link where you saw that OSU is classified as a tier 2 university.
I will share later when I have my laptop. I'm responding via my mobile phone. It's a paid service of about A$45 as at last year.
When you pay for it, you will see your university's AQF

All the states have similar clause in their requirements just decided to reference Victoria alone, Queensland required you to be living and working for at least 3months in a regional area.
https://migration.qld.gov.au/skilled-visa-options/im-working-queensland/

https://www.migration.tas.gov.au/skilled_migrants/skilled_regional

https://migration.wa.gov.au/services/skilled-migration-western-australia/state-nomination-requirements

NSW, Northern Territory and South Australia are yet to open/update their requirements for 491 and i am sure similar trend will be followed. The whole 491 visa of a thing tends to favour those that are onshore.

In my opinion, 491 is created to systematically push selected ppl to fill in the few available job opportunities in the regional areas as against the popular opinion that the floodgates of regional visa will be open when 491 was initially announced.
I'm quoting the choice of the word "ALL" which is not correct.
Even the QLD link you posted has offshore requirements
https://migration.qld.gov.au/skilled-visa-options/im-offshore/

This is the Tasmania occupation list...this list has many occupations with minimal requirements and not requiring job offers.
https://www.migration.tas.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0009/147267/Tasmanian_Skilled_Occupations_List_TSOL_2019-2020_Updated_18_Nov_2019.pdf

The Western Australia link you quoted also was about 190/489 which means the requirements for 491 have not been updated and based on the links below, WA will commence invitation from November 21 which does not require job offer for offshore candidates as long as your occupation is on the WOL.
https://migration.wa.gov.au/services/skilled-migration-western-australia/transitioning-from-visa-subclass-489-to-the-new-visa-subclass-491
https://migration.wa.gov.au/services/skilled-migration-western-australia/how-to-apply-for-state-nomination

@the bolded, I can only guess you have insider information on each state migration plans for 190/491 to be very sure of your comment.

The use of words like 'may' or 'might' will be preferable when you are speculating or stating words that are not verifiable.

While we wait for other states, some applicants have started their applications with TAS.

It will end in praise for all prospective applicants.

Personal income tax was paid in Jan 2019 to cover for those years.
Upload the tax document again. You can get a letter from the company to also substantiate your claim or do a letter of explanation stating that tax payment was made to cover the years and notarise it

Hello everyone, pls I if apply for 10 EOIs, for instance, must I accept the first one that gives me an ITA?

If I do not accept the first ITA, does it affect the the result of the other pending EOIs?
No, you don't have to.
No it doesn't affect the result.

However, a bird in hand is worth thousand in the bush except you are sure of getting the other ITA(s)

The fact is that 85% of them do not want to nominate anybody for 491 as it stands now. Those that wants to nominate are putting difficult clauses.
85%..just want to know how you arrived at this please? Cos only TAS and VIC have released its list and there are still 6 other states yet to publish its requirements.
There are many occupations on the TSOL with minimal requirements as well.

Then let your info be explicit. I only quoted because you stated it as if all 491 requires job offer.

Elders in the house please help. While filling the new EOI for 491, I came across this. My spouse is a general practitioner which is also available on the skills list as mine. However, she does not have skills assessment yet. Should I leave it blank altogether or answer that she has a nominated occupation but with no skills assessment from their Australian medical council? It's confusing please.
It's okay as seen in the image. After submission, download the points and see if you were awarded points for the partner occupation. If yes, go back and change everything to No. If your weren't awarded any point, leave it as it is.

Sorry about this.
First off, edit the image and blur out your personal and work details.

Your job descriptions seems too small and not well aligned. You either reassess or search for another occupation to assess. It may be tough especially when you are working in Financial control and assessing as a mathematician.

Pls, advice @tunlex01

Professional Masters in Social Work (UI)

Postgraduate Diploma in Education

B.Sc International Relations

2yrs experience in Social Welfare Department.

Yet to sit for English Test

I want to apply as a Social Worker.

When I did the assessment on anzo, I made 65points but I had to choose B. Sc since there was no Masters and by B.Sc is not in Social work.

I read through NT, it's still open hence, my EOI. However, I was trying to fill EOI, I clicked on skillselect but I couldn't get where to sign up.

Kindly advise
Have you selected the occupation to nominate first?
Have you assessed with an assessing body?
Do you have English result yet?
You need to have these before you can even lodge EOI?

Please note that NT cannot be available as they don't nominate offshore candidate for 190 except you have a job offer. Read the respective states requirements before you begin.

Thanks for your response.

Just ICAN

Please where can I get materials for PTE and where to register for the exam
Thanks
there is no occupation related to domestic operations. The best option is to write English test so as to add to your points.

Check youtube or the nairaland page for PTE. Navigate the Pearson website and register online. it's simple.

Please house, can someone actually help me with this tier 1or tier 2 Universities. Is it only peculiar to Nigeria? I graduated from AAUA and my Anzsco code is 212412 with 8 years experience.
I don't know if it's peculiar to Nigeria only but our education profile has not been updated since 2013.
For 212412, if your degree from AAUA was not a 5 year course, you can't assess for this occupation.

Diploma in social work
Bsc in sociology

Spouse: Bsc Economics And
ICAN
4years in Clearing
6 years in Business Unit
You can go ahead and assess as a Social worker or any other related occupations (check www.anzscosearch.com)

6 years in Business Unit as what? Pls be specific with job titles not department or unit
The ICAN will not help except its an accounting related occupation you are nominating. Which school did your spouse graduate from?

oh okay. You dont need to then.
Just use the qualification assessment. But you won't get point for experience.
