Good day peeps,

I need your advice on how to go about this. My rent expired December 31, 2016 which I planned to renew in January but unfortunately, I had an emergency which I used the rent to sort out. I discussed with my landlord to allow me pay him 3 months’ rent after which I will pay the balance in April which he agreed. Last week, we had issues with PHCN and water, and I made a decision that I would leave the house after my 3 months payment elapses.

Over the weekend, my landlord requested I write a letter (like a form of indebtedness) stating that I would pay him the balance of my rent in April. With what happened last week, I would be leaving the house by the end of March but contemplating if it is a wise idea to write this letter as he requested.

Please advise.

Re-ea-ally? I know a few entry-level graduates there, and what they earn is less than you have quoted. And Skye bank is just one out of 26+ banks that operate in Nigeria. So you need to give us the names of others who also pay these kind of salaries to their entry-level staff. He who asserts must prove!

Always say what you know. Some banks in this country currently pay within 250k - 300k to entry level. Get your facts right. That your bank does not pay doesn't mean other banks don't.

While am not in support of his use of words, am a banker too and hardly,I repeat, hardly will u get that salary range for entry level in banks post Sanusi era.

Your comment is spot on. This is what actually played out. Mimiko was too dumb to have picked someone from d same constituency as his. I am glad my people made d right choice. The next governor after Akeredolu will most definitely come from Ondo South.

Dont be scared bro. Not all companies make u lose the job for HBV. Just go for the NBC medicals. It is well with you.

Wow..all these for mutual benefit? I can boldly say my own case with them is still better.
The company displays total lack of customer service and ready to rip one off.
I decided to terminate my policy with and over 3 weeks now, I am still being tossed. Signed discharge voucher but I haven't received my money.
In my opinion, this is the worst company I have ever had business with in my entire life.
