So you think you can mend people by stoning them(like you are all holy) , I have read most of your posts here and a I'm not surprised to read this from you. At the end of the day nothing can be taken from your post except leaving the reader with the perception of you playing GOD!
I hope you feel this righteous when you look at yourself in the mirror ? It’s not fund management if you’re using company funds to pay for your own vacation. The fact that we even have to debate this is sad. |

Bisolanio: As an Ijebu woman wey I be, the organization I work with agreed to staying in the hotel recommended by the organisers of the conference ,which to me seems too expensive (my firm is paying for 3days) but I'll be in the US for 8days, the 3days payment of the recommended hotel can cover my 8days hotel bill in another less expensive hotel. Can I change that on getting there or before I leave ? I don't want to make any mistakes as I have been looking forward to be sent on this mission for years. Despite how expensive the cost, your organization has agreed and expects that you will spend the three official days of your trip at a recommended hotel. In most serious countries, you are absolutely not allowed to change that hotel reservation on your own to a cheaper hotel. More egregious is your intention to use company funds to pay for 5 extra days that should be your own personal expenses. This is not about being an ijebu woman, this is blatant dishonesty. However, its become so routine that we all tend to gloss over it. We accuse government officials of abusing estacode, when we aren't any different. |

rdchk: Hello,
my uncle invited my dad, mom and 2 of my siblings to visit him and his family in the US on holiday this summer. He won a visa lottery long time ago and he has a good paying job over there but the visa was refused based on 214b, my uncle just ask me to book him appointment so that he can go into the embassy in Abuja to talk to them because he is presently in Nigeria and he plan to go back to the US the same time with my family ( Dad, mom and 2 siblings). He gave all his document for them to go with during the interview but the VO didn't check any of the document he provided than their passport. Please house i would like to know if this is possible before he spent money for flight to abuja because no available date in lagos for U.S citizen service but there is one in Abuja which i already chose for him.
I would really appreciate everyones advice. Thanks!
ladyguinivere Seyewest monchat justwise cosade OmoBendel24 Your uncle should save his money. This isn’t Nigeria where you just barge into a government office as a “big man” to demand services for your kin. What is he going there to say? Do you know who I am? You qualify for a visa on your own merit, not based on who your uncle is. |

onyxo76: I will first give you the spiritual aspect before the real conversation to indeed prove to you that divine favour does exist in this kind of situation. I through this thread read so many genuine cases being turned down and i decided to seek the face of God regarding my own interview. I'm a worker in RCCG and the Lord asked me that what do i wear that connects me to RCCG? I replied that it was the bow tie i often wear when I go to preach on Sundays and the instruction was to wear it on the day of the interview.
I took it along despite my wifes' disapproval that its meant to worn when i preach.
I passed the night in the redeem camp since I reside in Osun state, spent half an hour at the alter praying and committing the rest of the journey and the interview in the hands of God. This isn’t Christianity, it is idolatry coupled with superstitious nonsense. Your tie did not give you added advantage neither did your altar prayer. You are a citizen of Russia... the fact that you have deliberately chosen to work and live in Nigeria, rather than emigrate to Russia since you could, makes you far less of an immigration risk than other applicants. |

As a middle aged single applicant who are my chances of getting US Visa since my profile still remains the same? I have changed back to single! orimahspence: And your comment probably also evident that you have comprehension problem. "How did you hear about this school?" Is different from "why did you choose this school?" That makes no sense. If the VO is asking how you heard about a school at your visa interview, that is because you already chose that school. Most of you are quick to speak and slow to think. |

Onechancearmy: Black Americans don't owe you guys s-h-i-t. You sold their ancestors into slavery and now the descendants of those slaves are living a higher standard of life than most of you porch monkeys can ever dream of.
What your youths are trekking over the Sahara desert and drowning in the Mediterranean Sea to obtain illegally, Black Americans are enjoying while sitting in the luxury of their homes.
You're not even ashamed of yourselves that your Plasticine artists copy everything (fashion, dress sense, hip hop) from African Americans, yet you get triggered because of a handful of anonymous comments on twitter.
Wether you like it or not, you live in a poor underdeveloped country ruled by an incompetent, moronic leader who has nothing meaningful to offer.
Deal with your Edo prostitutes, ritual killers, drug dealers, 419ers, fulanus herdsmen, boko haram etc and stop directing your poverty induced frustration in the wrong direction (african americans) and start directing it at your miserable selves. While it may be true that black Americans enjoy luxuries unavailable to many Africans, the truth is that you enjoy those luxuries simply by accident of birth. You are only lucky to be descendants of slaves. Remove every white man from America, that country will be worse than Nigeria in 10 years. You offer nothing of substance. The most violent and poorest cities in America are predominantly black communities, from Detroit to Baltimore, Saginaw etc. |

Sorelee: twood, smiles I was actually expecting your comment about the prayer part but when I said village people I didn't actually mean village people infact I was just being sacarstic with that. for me I prepare and I put God first in everything I do . For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, you don't have to believe what I believe in, this page is not for religious purpose but this my believe sir, and about him applying for Canada tourist visa Lwith his wife and kids, I didn't join this forum to be a monitoring spirit I only gave him my own piece of advice from my church mind Nigerians ALWAYS “put God first in everything they do”... yet the country remains a hellhole that everyone wants to run away from. Who is deceiving who? Your visa applications are being reviewed by people who could care less about your God. If you read Romans 13, God is not in the business of interfering in the visa decisions of sovereign nations. You either qualify on merit or not. Praying, when you haven’t done your home work and certainly do not meet the criteria, is a waste of your time. Your pastors have obviously failed you in not teaching you very well. You can’t be praying for a fraudulent visa application to succeed. It’s like praying for God to take control of a willful abortion. |

Sorelee: It is not a matter of how many times you applied it's about getting it right, and you have not been getting it right. so therefore before you make any further attempt, make sure this time you make adequate preparation and pray even though I don't know about your believe but believe me when I say village people still exist lol and lastly no standardized test, those visa officers interview a lot of applicatants everyday with great Standardized test scores and you didn't write any it's pretty hard to convince them that you a genuine student without standardized test these days ooo Lol you’re advising him to pray to ward off village people? We are a most gullible bunch of folks. If you do not qualify for a visa, no amount of prayer can change that. He is quite clearly am intending immigrant and a fraud (I’m not moved by his numerous appeals to “God”)... barely 18 minutes before his post, he was on another thread applying for a tourist visa to Canada for himself, his wife and 4 kids. |

I was given a white paper with an additional document clause with the VO asking me to submit my sponsor's bank statement. my interview date was April 16, but my sponsor is trying so hard to help me to authenticate her account with real cash in a fixed deposit acct with one of the top banks meanwhile, my resumption is may 4 .
pls, I need your advice. if I submit the fixed deposit bank statement before or after may 4. does it hold any potential danger for me? This is confusing, was there no real cash in the statement of account you provided at your interview? Did you get your visa issued? You need to use that visa BEFORE May 4, which is in 6 days. |

Smile4mee01: My USA Visit VISA would expire in about 6 months. I really desire to study there, is there a chance that if I go my visit visa could be converted to study visa?
The reason I am not considering applying for a study visa is because of the time, and strict requiremnts.
Please advice. Basically you’re asking for advice to commit fraud. First, it takes months to convert from a B1 to an F1 visa, which means you may not be approved by the time your I-94 expires. If that happens, and should you get approved, it will be approved without an I- 94. You’ll need to go back to your home country to get a stamped visa, at which time your unlawful presence accrued in the US will count against you. Also you should note that the state department issued a memo last year stating that applications for change of status from a B2 visa, within 90 days of landing in the US, should be flagged. You should read up on the USCIS 90-day rule issued last year. Perhaps you should consider doing things the right way. |
