Unfortunately the UK Visa Appeal thread has been locked no thanks to that idiot called vicjustice. I do not want to talk on this matter on this thread. But I would say that there is more to the refusal than your employers payment not reflecting in your account, although I have once handled a case in the UK where this was also the case for an HSMP applicant. But what kind of help do you need exactly?

i just secured admission into one of the uk universities and was not asked to make a deposit, infact i even was given a 2000pounds scholarship, i have ben told by the school that i should use the offer letter to apply for a visa.
will non payment of deposit be a problem in securing visa?

as far as the states,

in America they don't walk all over Nigerians like they do ya ll. They dint even do it at all. I have been living in the states for 5 years. every Nigerian i see is living big. every African i see i livin it up. They embarrass ya ll on the planes and ya ll sit back and do nothing.

but a column on the app. form asked that have I been doing since i left school (i left university in june 2007). I've got an unconditional offer from leeds and have paid the full fees, accomdation has been applied for and romms will be allocated in mid july then i can pay for that.
