Travel / Re: Wants Cheapest Air Ticket To Nairobi Kenya. by tyosho: 12:28pm On Jul 29, 2013
oolumide: House I want to travel this August ending with my family to Nairobi Kenya. Pls how do I get very good bargain on air ticket. Your advice is urgently needed. we are four, me my wife and two children ages 5 and 7.

Regards

Good day mr olumide.i dont think it advisable you just take the advice of what airline to travel with from someone whos not a travel advisor. One thing that goes into deciding fare and airline of travel is the dates you want to travel and the level of comfort you want and can afford.Yes Rwanda is usually cheaper but are you sure you want that sort inconvenience since you are travelling with kids and its not a direct flight?I once had a passenger spend a whole day and night in kigali just because Rwanda air wanted to fill its flight to Lagos. You can send a mail to DELEED so i can give you fares even better than wakanow and comprehensive details on your forthcoming holiday.

ba7man: Your solution might attend to this menace of beggers but its not as easy to acomplish as it seems on paper.

It also won't be fair on LASG when one region is responsible for amputating its citizens while another region will be responsible for taking care of them.

debrief08: So sorry Tayour. I missed that part, definately need stronger glasses.
No mother should do that, kids are our priority.
If a man won't accept you with your baggage he isn't for you.
She should have fought for her kids.

i dont believe you should apologise debrief. The man defiled his daughters because that is who he is and not necessarily because of the absence of his wife.We have heard cases of men defiling daughters in homes where the mothers are present. An irresponsible man is an irresponsible man. That is first and foremost the koko before trying to weigh the mothers' action or lack of it.

Nice points!!

Sadly, many folks believe that the enemy is up north. These ones forget that the real enemy lives amongst them, speak their dialect and smiles at them every day. These are the Governors, Senators and Lawmakers who have chosen to enrich themselves at the expense of the suffering poor.

Instead of looking within for the enemy, many focus on those from other ethnic groups or political leanings. These ones I see as blind people whose eyes have been eaten out by the worms of ethnicity and partisanship. Such ones will dance when war drums are sounded, but end up suffering as they'll be caught in the middle of a war they never really understood talk-less of preparing for...[/quot

I totally agree with you and fail to understand why most Nigerians don't get this part.ladoja is from oyo state, how did this translate to devt for the state?same with Ogun under Daniels.why can't each state or region hold their elected office holders responsible for their lack of devt.Afterall its anambra man(eg) ruling in anambra state so I don't expect pple from there to blame all their woes on jona or sambo.so if yobe governor won't help yobe citizens then tough luck on them

Unfortunately you can't really classify Nigeria as a country, the way things are run there, is just like that of a jungle full of animals, no law, no police, no army, no government, just a bunch of savage animals trying to destroy each other

U are about to get whipped by some patriotic Nigerians.lemme standby and watch. grin

Health / Re: The Truth About Polio Vaccine And Mosquito Treated Nets? by tyosho: 12:54pm On Jun 01, 2013
claremont: I don't know about Polio vaccine, but a very controversial retrospective study has identified a remote link between MMR vaccines and Autism in kids.

As far as I'm concerned though, the overwhelming advantages and increased life expectancy the advent of vaccines has giving to mankind by far outweighs any risks (whether real or conspiratorial). Insecticide-treated mosquito nets have gone a long way to reduce the spread of malaria in countries where this disease is endemic.

I certainly don't know bout the polio vaccine and would still give it to my child but there certainly is controversy involved with giving the mmr vaccines to babies.Parents have consistently linked its usage to the onset of autism in some children, pharmaceutical companies deny this but I think they are not been entirely truthful.Read this link and form your opinion. For me,that's a vaccine I believe my child do without.Or at best still taken separately at monthly intervals.thats measles first, mumps a month later and rubella a month afterwards, but definitely not as a single shot.

smothly: go and have a seat,am not a victim and I will never be.but let's us not run away from the truth,I didn't support men beating women but for a man to pour acid on a lady means he has invested so much in the relationship and I never supported the guy.

If you are not yet a victim of an abusive relationship, you most likely will be soon.or is is it that you grew up in such an environment?what do you mean by he invested so much?when you love someone you make sacrifices and if he did,she must have made too.so what exactly is this investment you are talking about?

Well I can authoritatively tell you that international airlines expressly forbid crew from babysitting for passengers. If you do it,it's at your own peril.Thats because they don't want situations where passengers come back to accuse the crew thereby the airline by extension of harming the baby while they were been babysat. But because babies are soo cute,or the parent wants to visit the toilet or some other reason,,you find crew actually tending to these babies temporarily. But I can tell you that it's against most airlines policy.

@ujujoan,I totally agree with you.i had worked for 6years before meeting my husband and he had worked for just a year.fast forward 2 years later, married and 3months pregnant,my company closes up owing me every financial benefit possible in arrears.before this I had been a major contributor to all our financial engagements.now I have moved up a dress size, been breastfeeding exclusively for the past 5months and taking care of the baby all alone without any outside help.i have a business I do from home but I have made less than 30k since jan.so if after taking care of baby alone(I stress that cause its plenty work),cooking, cleaning, taking care of him, meeting his sexual needs and taking care of myslf(last as you might notice),all he chooses to see is my extra weight and present almost nothing income, then that's too bad.these men self, after bursting your asses for them guarantee absolutely nothing.everybody is saying lose weight, find work, beg him, black bla bla@op,don't lose sleep too much.i know it can be quite disheartening but use the time you spend at home now to pray to God and realize that it's presently your season to load your clouds.one day it will rain and you will smile again.its just painful that its not within your right to say you will pay him back.but I know also that karma is a bitch.
