babsdeen:How? You didn't mean to tell me this is not expensive for that area. This is farmland! Or is it also a residential estate? No, I don't mean to de-market this but... |
Crazeworld:Thanks for your response, boss. But it seems we both cannot use the tool at the same time for the AppSumo offer. |
olamy7:I don't think I have a magical approach that's different to what some people here have shared for finding valuable expired domains. I think simpsonrocket shared series of posts last year showing how to use filters. Please find those posts or contact iykepromotions for tutorial. As for tools, I don't currently have many. I do outbound tasks mostly manually. I have only used merge tools on and off, but I want to start using them more because I noticed that they can make my life easier. I subscribed for Reoon once last year and GMass in February. I can't remember any other tools now, except online email address verification tools. Parzival001:No worry, baba. You know how these things work now. The sales often come unexpectedly. The buyer is on the way, just believe. Even for the one I sold, I just got a response unexpectedly from someone who might be a superior to the person I contacted originally. I suppose import the lead to DAN sef, but I just directed them to the landing page in my excitement after the person asked if the domain was still available. ![]() |
Crazeworld:Bro, do you still have this offer for Reoon? How is it gonna work, cracked? |
Thanks be to God for his goodness! Let me report my March sales. I wanted to keep them private, but I think people like me that are still trying to find their way in this biz might find the report encouraging. This is when you consider that I am not one of the bosses here. Here goes: Orlando/Professional/Movers 100 All/American/Garage/Doors 299 Cape/Coral/Remodeling 388 Conroe/Builders 125 Fargo/Home/Builders 169 Fort/Worth/RV/Repair 350 NOTES - All sales were outbound - It was the first month I sold up to six domains! - It was also the month I had my highest earnings so far (the amount was more than what I made in my first 4+ years of domain investing). ![]() - The fact that a domain has been dropped and unregistered for some time doesn't mean it's not valuable as some here know. The last name above had been dropped and unregistered for years if I remember correctly. When it seems to not be working, keep at it - learning, improving, and getting more good names. You might not be able to tell 100% which one would sell. Glory to God! We pray for His grace and blessings for more sales for everyone. All the best, everyone! |
Soneh:Seems prices are going up everywhere o. I got my current number after buying 500 credits or so last year. If you have the money, I'd suggest that you simply pay for credits. The number will be like a bonus. However, note that you must use your free number at least once a month (call or text) to retain it. Otherwise, it may be reassigned to another person. |
HIScraziness:That seem to be in the past now. I saw $27 a month minutes ago. |
Alexxien:You're right. I reported an experience I had with one weeks ago. Dude asked me to call and when I did he said he wasn't interested in the domain name offered or any other for that matter. He said I shouldn't call him again! ![]() I'm still struggling to understand the basis of them requesting for a call despite explaining the purchase process to them. Another one asked me to call again this past week, but I don't feel encouraged to do so because of the previous experience. I wonder what the need for a call is, honestly. |
These Epik people can disturb for the world sha with their unnecessary emails.. They've been sending expiring "domains" notifications way before domains expired. I had to turn renewal to "Off" hoping to stop these emails (mind you there were also Automatic and Manual options). Yet, they still sent "final reminder" and "warning" emails after the domains expired. Man gats to dey think twice before using that registrar again o. |
People, how often do you alter your email templates? I have been seeing signs recently that some messages are being marked as spam. The most telling is one generated from secureserver.net informing me that some content in my email matches those reported by the "internet community" as spam and so a number of emails were blocked. Any idea on how to avoid this kind of thing in the future, please? Is it feasible writing completely different emails each time? |
iykepromotions:Congrats, man! More sales. This is like the second time I can remember reading from you of sales that happened after you decided to hike prices follow no-shows. Wonderful! |
Does anyone here know how to check one's domains that have been shortlisted by some people on SquadHelp, please? I have seen this information in the past (as recent as a week or so ago) while trying to do other things but I can't seem to find it again. |
okedoyinolabisi:Talk na o make I know whether na to double or triple my hustle o. |
okedoyinolabisi:How much for your bride price list? Let's see if we can reason it. |

A welcome development. |
This story get K-leg. Did someone claim these little kids were fornicating? ![]() |
Sapiosexuality:Names like NeverBounce and ZeroBounce don't mean a thing. Bounces cannot be eliminated entirely when using these tools. They can't even verify some email addresses - you'd often need to try doing that elsewhere. |
I wonder why some end-users ask you to call even after explaining how a transaction would be processed. Imagine calling one this evening after he had asked me to call only to be told that he wasn't interested in a domain name and doesn't want to buy anything from me. Another one about two weeks ago ask if I could come to his office when I called (with a U.S. number) so that we could discuss a low $$$ sale. Baba was in Canada and said he only dealt with locals. I explained how such transactions are usually processed online, story. (: |
budosky:Legend. Congrats! Na your way, we know. Scamd... & the one that sold about the same time still dey my mind. Some things are hard to forget! ![]() |
Obagoblog:Baba, it's good to consider paying for some things we find useful. |
ChiefOlabowla:I claim am in Jesus's name! |
ChiefOlabowla:Congrats, Chief! ![]() I'm still waiting for a sale like the second one. |
zanebaddo:Keep pushing, bro. Keep learning and re-learning. Most importantly, ask for God's favour. Yes, even atheists may seem to do better, but I can't do without God no matter what. My portfolio size is bigger than yours and I have marvelled here once how people with smaller portfolios, and even those with names I won't register from experience, seemed to be making more frequent sales or selling for higher prices. I suggested learning and re-learning because that's what has moved me from 0-3 sales a year to double-digit sales. For instance, when I started, I focused on keyword-rich names (I can remember the Forex niche, in particular). I sold nada. I let all names expire and "ran" away. ![]() It was when I came back that I saw people discussing GEO names, so I started learning again and continued to. I have learned several helpful things in the past one year or so on this thread. We'll get there, boss. Let's keep pushing. |
HolySpiritFire:Nice. |
ikhalyfah:Congrats on your sales and success in your exams. |
HolySpiritFire:Congrats! I tap into this sale. ![]() Was that the BIN or you reduced the price and outbound again? |
Josmila:Thanks, boss. With time, I think I gat to start working closely with these tools. |
Josmila:Boss! Abeg, na Keyword Planner provide this info? |
lawrenzo007:Congrats! But the thing wey "moving" and "movers" names don show me ehn, I dey fear to near them again. I probably saw this when it dropped but ignored. Such is life. Enjoy, bro! |
