Racoon: Having the presidency have never done benefited any region as far as histroy is concern. The core northern Nigeria is a classical case as its has dominated most part of our national life but all the ill of misgovernance are everywhere in the region.
So what Nigeria needs today is devolution of power from the centre so that the regions can compete & develop @ their own pace. This will also reduce the selfishness of the politicians. exactly when I see Nigerians stress about these things it shocks me |
Celebrities › Re: Mayorkun: Why Nigerian Weddings Don’t Last by Ugosample(m): 7:40pm On Oct 27, 2019 |
Jayslicky: Mayorkun is saying nonsense, in Nigeria where couple call themselves "papa emeka", Iya Ayomide" their marriage has lasted than the whites that call themselves by their real names and sweet names. I don't agree 100 % most marriages in naija is a big scam and fraudulent if the society was as accepting of divorce as it is elsewhere many marriages in Nigeria would have crumbled |

Other parts of the world, like Latin America and Far east Asia present their cultures in an appealing way. Apart from day out fashion We don't have much to put out there that will appeal to the world |

fabienjoe: How does this make someone olodo? I'm only sorry for people that have never stepped out of this shit. Nigerians have lost every sense of humanity and believe life elsewhere is as soulless. Grief can make one clutch on anything, just anything for comfort. That is our human side. Those texts were a kind of coping mechanism for her. She was not expecting a reply from her dead father. I can completely relate to that. I lost my own dad in 2013, precisely 12th December. Till date, I've not been able to delete his number from my phone.. no mind am When you grow up in cruel NiggerArea you lose all manner of humanity it takes a lot of detox to clear that up |

Saintp: Bros, a lot of things to numerous to mention. For instance, we had elections on Monday. That day was a like a normal day. There was no police, army, thug anywhere to snatch or burn ballot box . There was no public holiday, people went to school, work and other businesses like any other day.
Polling booths were open till 9pm and there was no police or army , anywhere yet there were no issues. People voted for their candidates peacefully and before we woke up the following day, the results had been announced and the losers congratulated the winners immediately nothing like going to tribunal.
If you were coming into Canada from naija based on how our naija elections are, you will surprised that elections were going on and it was just like a normal day. When I look at all these things, I tempted to regret why I didn't move earlier to live in a working society. Nothing has given me more joy that living in an environment where things are working. How I wish naija will also work, i would have been happier. just imagine elections are loading in Kogi and violence is looming |

Travel › Re: Nigerians Living In Mozambique by Ugosample(m): 11:11am On Oct 23, 2019 |
onatisi: I don't think this is entirely true . There are many job opportunities in many African countries but the truth is certain things have to be in place . ,never travel to an African country to hustle if you don't have anyone on ground there to put you through. To easily survive in an african country one has to have survival technical skills which one can make use of immediately one lands and unfortunately computer literacy isn't one of those skills ,skills such as capentry, bricklaying, electrical repairs, tailoring, hair dressing are skills that will quickly attract employment opportunities at least for a newcomer to survive with before he or she finally finds his feet. Lastly make sure you travel with more than enough funds at least to feed for 3 months ,this is very very important. Ppl should look at it this way,how will it look if a gambian just comes into Nigeria without any money ,without knowing anyone ,without hearing the local language, and he is saying he wants to hustle? The same scenario too applies to Nigerians who travel without proper orientation,go with proper skills, and have more than enough funds to survive with for 3months . Lastly ,commit your journey into the Hands of God ,He alone can make all things work out @onatisi ita been a while |
