Aderostock: Even if he's from Osun as u claimed, as long as he is a yoruba, he can claim any state in yorubaland. As my father is from epetedo in Lagos, so is my mother from ilesha in Osun. that's the fact!so how does that add to the issue on table? |
Good job amaechi great hospitals. Good for the people of rivers to have a gov. that provide such amenities. As rivers people enjoy the hospital and good schools that amaechi has built they will remember that it was during the administration of their son inlaw jonathan that amaechi did all that. up SS states! good to see crude oil money being used to do stuff in the SS as opposed to being used for the benefit of ingrate. |
Point of correction eko ole is not from lagos state but form osun. He claims lagos state because he is too ashamed of whats on ground in his native osun state. |
since you do have what to post and not politically motivated showcase your state let the forum c. |
EKO OLE be proud and loud! show case your osun state hospitals/ schools ido osun airport and all your state government has achieved. stop your sarcastic postings. we know who you are and your motives. |
Eko Ile: This is about akwa ibom and not Eko ile .I will take that to mean that you are disowning your state cos your state gov. has no substantial achievement to showcase? |
oops |
EKO OLE At least Akpabio has hospitals that even a blind ACN paid internet dog like you, who have sworn an oath to be blind to whatever happens in nigeria outside ACN/APC zones to post. I dare you to post one hospital/ health care centre, that your native osun state governor has built. Like i said before all your political posturing through nairaland posting dont, and will not affect the political milieu of nigeria come 2015, PDP will win again in AKWA IBOM,SS and a PDP president will return to aso rock . so all your propaganda posting effort is in vain. you can take that to the bank. |
finebadtboy: PDP = Rigging, ballot box snatching with supervision of security agencies, kidnapping and intimidating opponents and lastly announcing the results before the votes are even counted.will ACN/APC be better in these regards? that the nigerian way of doing things not exclusive to PDP. live with it. |
Amaechi prioritized schools...akpabio concentrated on roads.... Point of correction my brother,Akpabio also prioritize education in addition to other infrastructures Akpabio concentrated on common sense education reforms by tackling it from both educational policy and infrastructures stand point. He instituted free and compulsory education from primary to secondary school not as other states does where they will declare free education where only tuition is free, school administrators turn around and charge students all sort of fees/ levies ie, buliding/ development levy, PTA levy handwork levy ....etc etc. In Akwa ibom the governor acknowledg that the schools administration need extra funding to administrate/ run the schools he approved through the state legislature to the sum of N100 subvention for every primary pupil And N300 for secondary school students per term for all students enrolled in any school in the state. Hence laying to rest the issues of levies which might cause student from not so affluent families not to be turned away from school. He also passed a law in the state that makes any parent with a child of school age who is not in school to be liable to court. With these two laws complementing one another Akwa Ibom State has has tripled its school enrollment and have students form other states attending their primary /sec schools as they are not excluded form the benefits as other states only provide for its indigens alone. Akwa ibom has adopted the new federal minimum wage for all its civil servants including teachers which makes teaching attractive in the state. In terms of educational infrastructure the state has taken a systematic approach of renovating/building new class room blocks in existing 1,110 primary and 230 secondary schools 6000 of such class room blocks has been completed between 2008 till date and more are ongoing, rather than embark on new schools even though new schools has been built like the police secondary school in essien udim. the class room block shown on this post is one of such either renovated or newly built class room block. akwa ibom schools has a teacher ratio of 1:25 for primary and secondary schools. Am not saying all is Uhuru for akwa ibom schools but the truth is educational reforms entails much more than a new school building. Unlike the initiator of this thread who just recently found love for gov. Amaechi because he is perceived to be in the opposition now, I have always appreciate Ameachis new schools in rivers but will also like to know what he is doing about the old ones and what policies are in place for ensure continuity. For Eko ole and his gang whose motive for starting this thread to rubbish gov. Akpabio you have failed because you doing so out of ignorance. All 1110 primary/230 secondary schools in Akwa ibom look like the ones you posted and we are not ashamed of those structures they might not be as glamorous as rivers state schools. but the people of akwa ibom are happy with it. and its good enough for advancing its educational needs. I only bothered to write these piece to inform sincere seekers of information on these forum not the ACN laptop dogs whose only job is to advance the views of their masters, we all know who you are. By the way we will like to know what Eko ole state governor in osun is doing about education. http://www.aksgonline.com/educ/default.aspx |
All that PDP does is win.And opposition looses all the time and will lose again 2015. |
Eko ole, Am not here to join issues with you all am saying is that akwa ibom people are satisfied with what the governor has delivered and is continuing to deliver in the state. Its fools like you who are complaining.By the way since you have made your self an expert on everything akwa ibom i will rely on you to do your skewed research and posting because it doesnt matter to the people of Akwa Ibom as we know the truth about Akpabios work. But what i can assure you is that PDP will win akwa ibom an will return a PDP president to Aso rock in 2015! Am not one to beat my chest since its not one of my ethnic strong point, But i can beat my chest on PDP winning 2015. |
All these trolling by ACN/APC laptop dogs who think that by insulting PDP leaders on the social media platform will change a thing are in for shock. Nigerian politics is not played on social media platform. when the time comes PDP will do what they know how best to do and thats to win! |
You Acn laptop dogs think that posting a few picture and insulting PDP leaders on social media platform will change the outcome of 2015? You can post and insult all you want by 2015 PDP will rule nigeria again.and thats a fact!if they dont i will quit nairaland and forever for shame. Nigerian politics is not played on the social media platform 2015 will put you to shame. |
Eko ole The reason you are obssesed with Akpabio is because he is a promise keeper and has delivered the dividen of democracy to his state not just in one area but in all areas of state development. Because he is not ACN nor in Opposition of the president you cannot stand that, you think that you can rubbish his achievement. Hate to break it to you mate, You cant! We all are witness to ur antecedent on these forum we all saw the vitriol you spit about amechi when he was A Loyal PDP governor, now that he is in opposition you have become his praise singer. But Akpabio is not a turncoat so your likes will have no opportunity to sing his praise for his work speaks for him. Am Daring you to make a thread about your own osun state showing its schools, so forum members can compare. By the way am proud of the pictures of those akwa ibom primary schools you posted and am sure they are better than the ones you attended. if you disagree show picture of your school. |
this is pure madness. why are you hiding people post? is it because they show opposing views? what bull crap everything in nigeria stinks. you erase those post cause they dont support your tribalistic sentiments! go ahead and hide these too. |
did you remember to thank the ones who found a use for the oil? but for them, e go still dey under ground, not so?
you mean the american/european companies that extract the oil or the russians that first discovered how to drill crude oi? |
nice school amechi |
^^ and if you are from a non oil producing community you and your state are parasite. |
oil producing communities are the ones paying for everything in nigeria and thats a fact. |
GEJ is a good leader that is interested in solving the power crisis in nigeria in a calm and calculated way |
Que:How do you know a kingdom is in crisis? Ans:When a king feels the need to issues a proclamation to his subjects announcing himself as king. |
^^^Lets start by asking the national assembly to pass the PIB as is. then other ideas will follow. |
Abagworo: There is this brain disorder many Nigerians are suffering from that needs to be tamed. The oil or any mineral resources found anywhere in Nigeria belongs to Nigeria and not the particular family, community or State. Until the constitution is amended giving the right to natural resources to either immediate family, community or State then the status quo remains. That mate, is a freeloaders idea. |
ilugunboy: Keep shut..!Why shouldnt i contribute to the forum? would that have anything to do with speaking the truth? we all know that the truth is always bitter and only the wise have the courage to swallow the truth. the fact that you can stomach the truth suggest who you are! |
Que:How do you know a kingdom is in crisis? Ans:When a king feels the need to issues a proclamation to his subjects announcing himself as king. |
The problem is always the other person is a sign of childishness, until you grow up,take responsibility and start being the change that you want to see happen,Then you are just paying lip service to the issue. You mean that your region has not contributed to the tribal problems facing the nation? let he that is not guilty cast the first stone. |
As long as appreciation is being given to those whose natural resources sustains the nation it dosent matter which state you choose to thank. |
why dont you present pictures of what your state has done with the monthly allocation from the federal govt.which by the way is the common wealth of bayelsa state/ oil producing communities. You give account to your masters not the other way round. |
I see the new calabar energy city masterplan on the rise. this plant will be one of the screws needed to hold it together. Congratulations cross river state for a welcome development and kudos to the president GEJ and gov imoke for providing excellent leadership. Haters keep on hating. |
good job jigawa for using the oil money well. Crude oil allocation at work |
Do you think Nigeria is in a terrible state today? think again where we would be if there was no crude oil in this country. We would have been worse than the poorest country in the world. In light of these,It would be wise to every now an then pause to say thank God for the crude oil region that lays the golden egg in which every other region in these country feeds from. Every state that does not produce crude oil in the country should be thankful to their neighbor that does cause without them what ever minute development in their state will not be possible teachers/ workers will not be paid , hospitals will not be built or funded, roads will not be built/ maintained etc etc You owe the oil producing communities bigtime,Their natural resources sustains the nation. |
