Your correct on the first question. ... every Feb 12 and August, 12th u get coupon alert for FGN bond 2020....till Feb 2020...thereafter your principal amount get paid back to your account automatically then you reinvest

3 years ago, a friend of mine built 6 sets of room and parlour apartments with each N150k each year. ..I. e N900, 000 each year...the average cost of building the apartments was N10M .
He has collected N2.7m from rent so far......good Tennants...and this tenancy fee can only go up...NTB may depreciate remarkably once nigeria is out of recession and the RzOI will depreciate drastically unlike real estate. ..

With that N10M INVESTMENT in NTB for 3 years at say 18%, Gives you N5.4M...with total of N15.4M. ...do you know that this 15,4M will not build that 6 apartmentso today because inflation and cost of building materials have increased upto 400%....like 16mm rod was then N1,800 but today is N5,000...

He is still enjoying his yearly Tennant fees and the price of the apartments and land has appreciated more than 100%.

For me...Am just doing NTB now to preserve capital and catch up with inflation ...I always reinvest any little discount I get into my real estate investment. .....one should pray to have good Tennants and enjoy the real estate. .....

Zenith Bank, here i come with my 18.2% tomorrow for another 364 days. It seems i am alone with 18.5%.

I think 18.6% will still be okay for 364 days......that is what am going for...highest I will re apply in 2 weeks if my bid not successful. ....but my analysis are in my rate

Take profit ke......UBA 9.00 and UCAP 5.00.Brother,leave the two stocks for 12 months and you will see yourself selling at the landmarks.You can also do JIJO on the both if you are a smart trader but from now to April,abeg no touch them becos you cant get them lower if you sell.

I want to even acquire more units of those stocks ...after dividend period. .....I dont want to repeat the lesson I learnt last time I sold them at 30% profit.....looking at Nigeria Breweries plc is sold at N138...since August 2016...since then, the price could not go down to N140. ....so painful

My oga feelamong. ....I learnt a bitter lesson last year...sold my UBA and UCAP. .hoping to buy cheap... the cheap price I no see am buy until little opportunity came around September last year when I bought some useful units...am already on 50% profit on both stocks...I de fear to sell now or take dividend to acquire more of the 2 stocks....am aiming at a million units of the stocks

Ucap, UBA, Zenith, FCMB....una weldone for my portfolio. ..>40% profit in each stock...

Wapco, fbn , Transcorp, uac property etc...make una wake up. ..

Am going to invest massively in stocks this year after the dividend declaration...

Stocks will really go up this year...
