DrTee1: Something is really wrong somewhere.
Aside that this story is from one perspective, another huge concern is the grammar: Lexis, structure, tenses, construction.
Mum is the best teacher you know. She is a primary school teacher. That suggests she teaches at the elementary level where one of the core subjects is English language.
I'm afraid you may just have 'fallen hand' very badly - in the Nigerian lingua - and you not covered so much in glory, at least to buttress your best teacher assertion.
As to the matter at hand, there are established ways in the civil service to resolve disputes: Teaching Service Commission, Civil Service Commission, and at the extreme, the National Industrial Court.
However, excuses like distance of assignment from residence shouldn't arise, really. It isn't a excuse to be officially considered at all in that line of responsibility. If anything at all, it should be lobbied for, under the table, and not presented as a major issue.
Best wishes. Uh, *it isn't an excuse* |

DeomoviesI: Good development. God never forget his own. The hustle surely pays one day. That day, will clear of the past. This is God's doing and it is unstoppable. I am really happy for this woman for her dedication pays, someone might have challenged her before concerning this early arrival, you cant tell me this might be her first time she got to school early and God bless. I am sorry that's not the case. Some people just developed that dedications on their own naturally, no one enforce it in them. We have different kind of people like, May God just handily picked them up as well You can get high definition movies and series into external drive and pc including Doctor Sleep, Power (up to S6E14), Supernatural(up to S15E11) (zero, eight, one, four, four, two, three, eight, three, two, seven) Hey brother, have you tried creating a YouTube channel and uploading the movies there as well? Won't be easy getting followers but you'll be grateful later on. You'll follow other movie YouTubers, comment on their movies and ask people to subscribe to your channel as well. From there you'll get your followers and views and once you attain the stipulated amount of views and followers required to start getting paid then I think you'll have to open one account laidat and they'll start to pay you. Not easy but could be worth it. I can recommend a video on YouTube that'll guide you. |

linearity: Sex does not kill, and it was not sex legit or illegit that killed this man.
Even if sex kills, and a thousand dies from it a day, that will not be a deterrent in itself.
Men using drugs to have sex also died on top of their wives, but it is usually sweep under the cover for family reasons or herald as ‘...he died peacefully in his sleep.’ Since we do not forensic on the death in this country, you don’t have anything to disprove it.
The ones that happens in hotel settings gets more publicity because, the hotel management and the lady involved want to extricate themselves from police wahala. Of course it doesn't kill but no one knows when he or she will die, that's just my point actually. |

Would you be happy to find out your wife cheated or cheats on you? Decide based on your response and act upon it. Think of it this way also, what if you cheat and she dies in the process? What if you die in the process? What if you get caught? What if your nudes are leaked? What if you get blackmailed? What if you contract a disease? What if you get blackmailed? The only pro is the great satisfaction you might get which wouldn't exceed 5 hours. The cons, on the other hand, are numerous, your marriage might crash, would you be happy? Never let pleasure override your morales. |

exstreve: Have you met any celebrity?
Okay guys, just to get the weekend started, let's relate any encounter had with a celebrity. You can also share an encounter you had with them before or after fame.
I'll start...
I grew up in kaduna state, Nigeria. I had a cousin who was a local musician and a DJ who was only popular in our hood that time. He met me one day and told me he was going to organize a free show in order to give up coming artiste a platform to be heard in that area...
At that time, I wasn't interested in music at all, I was just going with him because he was my cousin. So before the day of the show, he introduced me to a young rapper who was not even known at that time. I could bet nobody knew him in his own street, lol.
So we got familiar with each other, meanwhile this was around 2008 or 2009....
The day of the show finally came, every artiste performed and that young rapper that was introduced to me earlier on got noticed by a record label agent or so, because I couldn't even remember what happened or how it happened, but from that day till this day, I haven't set my eyes on that rapper again, except on television...
That rapper was SKALES of E.M.E Well, they are celebrities but are rarely regarded as one. They're soldiers, the ones who swear an oath of allegiance to Nigeria, yes, some of them are terrible but truth is most of them are amazing! They get stipends to fight for this country, defend this country and ensure that there's a level of safety in this country (they're trying their best). I'm currently serving in a barrack and I must say that my encounters with most of the soldiers here have been nothing short of amazing. They are kind, hardworking, valiant, etc. I've had the privilege of directly teaching a battalion commander who was and still is nothing but Godfearing, strong and kind, he commands the battalion well and ensures everything goes on smoothly. He is always ready for battle and doesn't fear death (most soldiers don't!). Most of the soldiers who act like they're crazy have probably been to Maiduguri and seen hell, it greatly affects them to the point that if care isn't taken, it shatters them! I also have a friend in a colonel ( the current chief of staff of where I am working), he is nothing but strong and also ever ready for battle! Their motto is "no gut, no glory'. They all have gut and are ever conscious. I have met quite a few number of celebrities but none compare to the soldiers I have met (both officers and soldiers--- privates, last corporal, corporal, staff sergeant, master warrant officers, warrant officers, orderlies etc). They have their flaws but majority of them are superb and are trying their best to ensure there's safety in the country! Kudos to the Nigerian Army... |

Simplyleo: If you are truly yoruba and have been on this forum for sometimes, you will not make the comment in bold. Even matters involving death, they tribalize it. Lol, I see a lot of trivalistic comments but might not quote them because of one thing or the other (maybe I was busy), it's not that I support them, not that I wouldn't love to correct them, it all depends on what I'm doing the time I read such. You don't have to be like everyone you know. |

Simplyleo: Very wrong of the truck driver.
You don't break into the convoy of VIPs
Anyway, the vp is kind and fatherly, pretty sure he will be pardoned.
That is one unique thing about the yoruba nation, once you apologise with a sense of remorse for your wrongdoing, you will be forgiven.
Quite different from some homeless jewish swines scattered all over the world in search of economic refuge. I am first a Nigerian and a Yoruba by tribe. You're right to ask that he apologise but wrong to have brought tribe into this. This is obviously one of the things that divides us as a nation. Really bad! |

Uh, you're wrong for not having told her about your issue. Anyone who will stay with you will stay. Anyhow sha, the deed has been done. Come out clean with her, tell her subtly about your predicament, do not fight with her. Let her know you didn't want to lose her and are truly sorry for keeping it away from her, if you think you can bear to be with her and the child till death splits you both without being mean to the unborn child then tell her you'd want her to still keep it and will marry her, if the reverse is the case, then let her go. Que sera, sera (what will be, will be). Ire o, BTW if you both end up splitting, be honest with the next woman. Mix up with people and date again, if woman go stay, she go stay and if she go dey loyal, she go dey loyal. |

Truth be told bro, your wife needs some healing, she's such a bitter person. If we're to judge by what you've said then it is obvious your mum is making efforts to reach out to her but she's seeing to it that the efforts are futile. Your mum has her flaws and faults no doubt but she has the right to her grandchild, bruv she nursed and raised you and so has the right to add a few guests to the list! So when your child wants to get married your wife won't invite people? (Common bro she's being unreasonable here). Ask your wife if she'd live to be treated same way she is treating your mum by her daughter in law. Please pray about it and lovingly talk to your wife, your mum.deserves love and respect, so does your wife but most of all you deserve peace of mind, your child deserves you, you wife and his grandparents. |

These sisters are super sick, they can't protest for a better Nigeria but can stage a protest over skirts and pants. |
