MizMyColi: Huh? Geeks/Nerds care, a lot.
But not in the conventional way we know. That's because they have very low EQ [Emotional Intelligence]
Their caring's usually seasonal.
They'll appreciate you more if you're somewhat clingy, yet Secure.
If you give them reasons to trust you......there's nothing they won't be willing to do for you. Sigh! You've figured it out. @Topic I fit into the Op's description 100% but I wonder if she can deal with the EQ issues. That's said she is a bold woman, that will always be a plus. |

CoCoLav: Hi everyone,
Pls I would like to know the relevance of a postgraduate diploma to someone who already has a masters. I'm planning to take on further education after my masters next year but it seems a postgraduate diploma will be irrelevant after obtaining my masters. I would like to know if this is true.
Note: I haven't really considered a PHD because I feel its for those who want to lecture.
Thanks. If you have a Masters in a discipline you don't need a postgraduate diploma. Let's say you have a First degree in Law and would love to have a Masters in Computer Science, you will need to first get a PGD before being admitted for a Masters programme. In some cases, folks that graduate with a third class might need to get a PGD before being admitted for a Masters. |

freeDR: Buhari is incorruptible. But, wait a minute, is incorruptibility the only criteria by which a presidential candidate should be chosen. Does he have the energy? Is he abreast of the latest trend of ideas in our current world? After fighting corruption, what else? That's why there will be a VP, Ministers and Special Advisers. Even though he will be a leader, there will be a team supporting him. That's how government works. |

Adminisher: Did you ever watch the film "UNFORGIVEN"? Your question is betraying your age. This was a Nigerian Army General in civilian government. This people are trained not to forgive disloyalty and double dealing in any shape or form. Only Abacha, IBB, Buhari, Ojukwu, Gowon, Mohammed and other former military heads of states are the other ones who can understand what was at play here. Nigerian military generals don't understand and cannot abide disloyalty. It was drilled into them from a young age and they have seen death of friends and family in coups and counter coups in the 60s and 70s. Obasanjo will also never forgive GEJ for promising everybody he begged on his behalf from the north only one term in office. Whether it is right or wrong not to forgive or not is besides the point. The man remains unforgiven, you cannot negotiate a permanent thing. This Obasanjo man is very dangerous, he is actually very bitter with a lot of people, Atiku and GEJ are prominent among them. He is in his late seventies, has seen everything, heard everything and does not give a damn even if the entire Nigerian fraudulent political system has to crash down around him. I think we should be thankful for that. God bless you Sir, reading a comment like this is a breath of fresh air. |

He destroyed a mosque @ Alausa and banned hijabs in schools. What else do you have to say? Btw don't ever say you're a Christian again because Christians should always say the truth. Also if you think Nigeria, a nation of over 180 million people can be islamized, then we need to ask for a refund from the schools you attended. |

FavourGee: Hello everyone!
I have been dating this guy for a year now, both of us have jobs so I don't ask him for any financial assistance. for sometime now I have been getting suitors, they are five in number now asking for my hand in marriage but I keep turning them down because I am hoping on my present relationship though the stuborn ones are still disturbing me with marriage proposals.
I decided to let my boyfriend know about them, the response I got from him wasn't satisfactory. From my own understanding he's not ready to settle down any time soon neither did he tell me to wait for him nor propose to me.
I am confused right now, I don't know if I should wait for him till when he's ready but my fear is what if he never propose. I really love him and I know he loves me too.
Matured advice please.
"Please don't mind my typing skills I am typing through one kpalasa phone" One thing to note from what you've written here is that guys that are still asking you out are already making marriage proposals. Babe, that's 1st class scam in the waiting. You have to crawl before you walk. |

Reading the comments, it's a mystery why people can't reason deeply.
1. Fashola has been Governor for almost 8 years, you think he does not know most delegates are loyal to the god fathers?
2. Do you know he sponsored both Hamzat and Sasore?
3. Do know the real King makers in Lagos are Akiolu, Smith and Tinubu? You think Fashola does not know this?
4. Don't you think sponsoring two candidates and getting that amount of delegate votes is a subtle way of Fashola wanting his seat at the table of elders?

great1: This thread is strictly for those who understand the mind of that cynical (il)literate... By continuing to write articles to insult the presidency he has chosen to become partisan, and he has lost the respect of alot of Nigerians.
He sided with the foreigners to damage our economy with embargoes in 1996, He introduced cultism into our institutions He believes smoking of marijuana should be legalised despite the negative effects it has on us.
I think its time we define who this guy really is.. Can his views be taken seriously?? In addition to the lovely lecture hifaif just gave you, Soyinka has stood up against almost every corrupt regime in this country since 1964, now do the maths. If he has been steadfast since then, do you think he will compromise now? Also the National Association of Seadogs is a legally registered association in this country so cut us the bs about cultism. Do you blame the guy that made the AK47 for the millions of people that has been killed by the rifle? The problem with this thread is that you want to have an intelligent conversation but you don't read and your iq is slightly below average. (No disrespect) |

I bet Venezuella and Cuba and Iran would have been junkyards had their leaders been thinking like Nigerian leaders. Politics › Re: Why We Raided A Computer Office In Lagos - DSS by Urine: 8:45am On Nov 23, 2014 |
As much as I respect the DSS, Ogar doesn't have any idea of what she's saying.
1. If she says there was an attempt to hack the INEC network, does that means INEC an important and sensitive institution doesn't have an intrusion detection system? In fact the IPs that should be able to access the database should be limited.
2. If the APC data centre was an hacking office, you don't need to physically be in the premises to access their logs. DSS officials can access it if they are really good. Also with the manner they stormed the office, it would have been easy for the alleged hackers to clean up evidence, with a single button that evidence will be wiped clean.
3. If a real hacker wants to hack, he/she won't need a party office to do it. Even dumb hackers always get the 'gist' about location.
Ms Ogar needs to come up with a more compelling argument to convince me. |

Even though Fashola is slightly above average, he is still the best this country has to offer, no thanks to the rotten folks we have in government. I must admit it feels good seeing a lot of the GEJ crew raising up issues like these, one thing I just want is that once you are done with this thread open another one and raise similar issues concerning the government at the centre.
