I just had a discussion about this issue with my mates some minutes ago, when you see job ads like this please run away. One thing is certain, this organisation doesn't have an idea of what they want and very soon they will destroy this budding industry but we won't let that happen.

I'm a big fan of Chrisantus, the last time I saw him play was last year for a spanish second division side. He bagged a hatrick in that game, his finishing skills was still sharp and he ended up having a decent record for the team. phrezzz: I play Ps3 and Ps2. When playing FIFA14 on Ps3, i use a 4-3-3 False9 that way i can Cross a lot and score. When i play Ps2 PES i use a 4-4-1-1 i love Bayern Munich with this formation. Robben plays behind Mullar amazing formation. They all defend and all attack. But it has its anti dote. A 4-2-3-1 would kill this formation!!

Is it d concepts? Partly. Id say programmg concepts contribute 50 % of d complexity. The rest is d emotional requiremnt. Which is very steep. I don't think it's a gender thing, it's more of personal interest. I attended grad school with a bunch of females, right now all the guys have either taken employment or started their own companies while 70% of the females are PhD students.

I've rolled with so many female programmers that I no longer believe it's a gender issue.

davidsmith8900: Personally, I think we need the money b4 we pay a whole alot of time to start understanding code. We can copy and paste for a while and then we go back to see what it is about. When Google started, they didnt really know how to program well, but they got better as time went by. Facebook got better as well. I think we should get the money 1st and then focus on understanding code.
