They were not doing anything good the first time. That's why they were arrested.
They entered prison and were not still doing anything good inside there.
They escaped and have not learnt anything good. So they returned to their old ways.
They now rearrested them again to enter back into prison and STILL not engage in any meaningful activities there.

As an engineer, the one thing I want out of life is to use my time to tinker and make things that will benefit my fellow person. How I wish I could pursue this dream in Nigeria.

SpaceX is the stuff of dreams, and I'm happy for Musk (and a bit jealous) that he is able to work hard and make his dreams come true.

Mr Musk is s white south African.
He was very intelligent as a child.
All this ITK he's doing will not work in SA. That's why he packed his load and went to US to go and be forming there.

So my friend got this job in management because he knew somebody in that company. But there is high expectations from the company for him to deliver positive results as one of the managers in that company.

This my friend is a university graduate with second class lower result and this manager position is for guys with first class results.

He has never been in management before. Infact, this friend of mine have been at home as an unemployed since 2014. He is socially awkward and easily discouraged. Now he's got this huge job with a big pay, and he is telling me that he feels like a fraud.

He asked for my advice, but I sincerely don't know what to advice him.

So I throw the topic to you guys.

How is he going to behave and probably grow some confidence to overcome this inferior complex?

He can follow this man to push this bulldozer, so he know he's working hard.

It was created around 1972, to force Nigerians to mix with each other by making the youth leave their comfort zones or homes, move to other parts of the nation and perform simple civic duties.
Just as western countries, people can travel and live in any part of their countries, same was proposed for Nigeria to discourage tribalism.
The choice was between Secondary School leavers and University graduates.
University graduates was chosen as they are more mature to cater for themselves.

Devil is the one that made people SO STUBORN not be believe in the right thing.
And all these western countries just kukuma, remove God/religion from their lives as if NO God is a better solution.
How is somebody suppose to enter Heaven without believing in God? How E wan take happen?
It is a very dirty trap set by devil by making people so stubborn and unrepentant.
